Staff nice servers at bar could be more attentive. Kosher food I wasn't a fan of it.otherwise beautiful hotel .Pool amazing looking over beach .all other staff was great server in restaurant outstanding valet and front desk

A misleading hotel. A hotel that offers restaurants but when you get there you find out that they have 0 restaurants available ( they are upgrading one that may be ready later) and in its place they direct you to one connecting place that sells bagels and the like. This place however closes at 4 and that does not work on Saturday because of the sabbath. I have nothing against properties that follow specific religious guidelines but then I expect full disclosure so I know if I want to adhere to them or look for another venue. I was very disappointed in that regards.
Having said that, I found the place well located, rooms are decent, beds comfortable, showers great and the people we did encounter nice.

I was put in a room next to a party of what seemed like 20 and they where up all night drinking and yelling no sleep or rest or relaxing at all was not able to use the ocean view balcony due to their noise and partying. Also was supposed a too with a couch sitting area and did not get

Had an amazing experience. The hotel is located in a perfect location to get straight to the beach! The service was great! The room was clean but I’m very particular so I noticed some overlooked areas like dust on the mouldings or behind the bathroom door. The beds are super comfy and the shower was great for sand rinse off! Will definitely come again.

The TV was pretty terrible, aside from that though… Excellent! The staff was top notch and I cannot recommend this place more! Just bring your own Roku or something. Also, paying for parking was annoying considering the price of the room.

This "resort" was a modern hotel with comfortable rooms and beds situated right on the boardwalk overlooking the ocean. The price quoted by ******* was not accurate as we were charged a "resort fee" of $50 per night and for parking, also $50 per day. What makes no sense is that because it was off season, all the outdoor areas as well as the pool were closed off so there was no reason for that fee. The discounted attractions at Pier Village were also closed. We would have opted out of valet parking, but the only other option was a parking garage nearby that would have charged a similar amount.
What really surprised me for a seaside hotel was that there was no way to open a window to the terrace, only the door leading to it. So in the warmer months, unless you keep the door open, the room is sealed shut. I can't imagine why anyone would like that.
Though the staff were very nice and helpful, we felt ripped off by the excessive costs. We were told that in the summer, the rates are doubled. I appreciate the proximity to NYC and convenience, but it does not warrant those prices.

Birthday magic
Our stay was part of a family birthday weekend, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate and add to the occasion. Although less than ideal weather-wise, we enjoyed kite flying, whale and dolphin sightings, and the charming carousel. In addition, spa massage was an outstanding experience.
