Terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend spending the night here

Although I was mentally prepared, I still didn't expect it to be so bad. The environment was poor, the hygiene was poor, there was a strange smell in the corridor, the facilities were old, but I was mentally prepared. The staff on the ship were lazy and had no sense of service. There was an additional parking fee of US$30/ God, in short, just don’t go. Don’t go. I’d rather book a hotel nearby and spend an hour visiting. Really, one hour is enough. Don’t stay on the boat.

Exerting was awesome except for the bed. Kind of saggy in the center. Perfect for one night before cruise. Super fun environment, lots to see walking around. I would’t stay for a number of nights, but one night was perfect. We walked to cruise check in.

The checking took forever the instructions about the facilities was vague no information trying to direct us in the right direction earplugs to sleep in a 200$ plus room give me a break

I understand it is historical but the rooms, especially the bathrooms need renovations asap. Plus the rooms are warm with no a/c. It was on my bucket list but I have no desire to go again.

Air conditioning in room was not working, solution was a fan. Outside of facility was way cooler. Food available at location for breakfast was way over priced for what was offered in the breakfast buffet.

The staff was Amazing, the boat is orignal art Deco is Cool. But our door handles and light switches and walls were filthy, Amazing front desk, and every staff member was accommodating and very pleasant and professional. We will stay here again !!

The grande dame is quite the senior citizen and she is starting to show some age but she still is a Queen and will be loved by those with discerning taste.

Stayed on the QM for one night and it’s breathtaking. The whole place is stunning and the staff and tour guides go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and I also spoke to the Commodore who answered all my questions with knowledge and interest. I had pictures of my grandmother on board in 1957 and both he and my tour guide were extremely keen to help me find the picture locations on board. We will definitely be back and hugely recommend for cruise lovers and historians. ❤️
