Had a hidden CASH ONLY deposit which isn’t mentioned anywhere, typically you would expect it to charge your card but no CASH ONLY! Also their NON-SMOKING rooms had a smoke smell as well! They let me try 3 rooms and all of them had that scent! Which I am sure all of rooms must be the same… Highly recommend avoiding this spot if you can!!!

This place is horrible. Me and my family came out to calif for baby shower we were trying to get a room at the cove which was full so they opt us here. We went thru *********** and was sent to this motel we told them a hotel everybody kno u don’t stay in no motels in Los Angeles u might get shot but here I am the sad part we was charged 300 non refundable and a 50 deposit we got here at midnight and will be leaving soon the sun comes up and got to spend another 250 on a real hotel room. My bad this is Long Beach still all the same. Those are just flics of the bathroom and they expect my family to shower in that, THATS OUT. My room at home is bigger then this whole room put together. They got a pad lock on the back of the tv… Wow

Honestly the room was really bad . There were cigarette burns on the sheets of the bed . The toilet and bathroom looked dirty when I arrived . I honestly didn’t even stay the night as it was just horrible . On top of the management came knocking on the door telling me check out is at 10:30. When I booked the hotel it stated checkout was at 11:00. I told him that and he just walked away without saying anything . Never coming back

I actually informed them that I couldn’t stay at the hotel that night and asked for a refund. Due to my nephew being shot and had to address that and not stay at the hotel. They were not understandable and they charge me for the night anyway.
