Worst hotel ever! Stayed here for 4 nights, and each day we r faced with: 1. Strike/Protesters in the lobby early hours in the morning disrupting the guests. The hotel management just watched and allowed this to happen. 2. There are no housekeeping services even after repeated reminders. Our rooms were not cleaned even after 3 nights of stay.

Very nice, very friendly staff. Walking distance from the convention center.

The toilet ventilation system is weak and the bed is a bit too soft, but there is a kettle provided. There is a mandatory 25USD fee downstairs, which must be used here. It is called a destination fee and is enough for breakfast for one person.

The sound insulation of the hotel is relatively poor. There are a lot of sounds outside the door. The service is very good. The location is very good and you can see the holiday lighting facilities opposite. The old four-star facilities are relatively old. I will consider staying again.
