I felt completely safe staying in this hotel. They have a key pass just to use the elevator so you can't go up in the elevator without a room key.
The reception staff could use some coaching on how to greet people and taking care of one customer at a time. Very irritating when you wait your turn and someone needs stops your progress.
There was no view except for the building right outside your room. The staff offered no help in chosing a nearby resturant when asked what was close by.
You even needed a room key to enter the breakfast area, which allowed enough room for maybe 16-20 people. What they showed on the menu board was not available.
