This cozy home is located in a PERFECT location for all major attractions. Sitting right on Ocean Boulevard, a 5-minute walk to the convention center and 8 minute walk to the Aquarium of the Pacific. Coffee shops, or delicious eateries, shops, and the nightlife (clubs) within a skip and a hop. Bluff Park is a short drive away where free Yoga on The Bluff is offered twice daily! Join the festivals at The Queen Mary; a mile away! The space Being centrally located makes our place an ideal accommodation for professionals, families and travelers. Walking distance to; Long Beach Convention Center - 5 min walk (1 min drive) Aquarium of the Pacific - 8 min walk (4 min drive) Catalina Express Port - 9 min walk (3 min drive) Driving distance to; Downtown LA - 37 min Hollywood - 1 hr Long Beach Airport - 15 min LAX - 37 min Disneyland - 29 min BEDROOM- Can sleep 2, has a queen size comfortable mattress. LIVING ROOM - 1 twin trundle ( 2 beds ) KITCHEN - Fully equipped with modern appliances, fridge, microwave, coffee maker; blender, dishes, cups etc. BATHROOM - Located in the hallway 1 full bathroom shower/tub PARKING - There is no assigned parking. Street parking is directly in front of the apartment. Free from 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM, metered during the day $2 per hour or there is a paid parking building directly across the street, starting at $15 for the day. MOBILITY: There are a few stairs to get into the home. EXTRAS- Wifi Access to Hi-speed Internet Cable - lots of channels AC & Heating COMMUNITY AMENITIES Gym POOL: This property does not offer pool access. Exclusively for residents only. A list of initial supplies will be provided in our welcome book that we will send to you upon booking. Guest access Entire place is yours for your stay. Other things to note You will be given a code to a lockbox at check-in time for easy key entry We are available via messaging, text, or phone call and will respond quickly. ~~MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 4~~ ONLY registered guests are allowed in the property at ALL TIMES. Exceeding max or unregistered guests will incur cancellation and a fee. ~~GUEST REGISTRATION~~ Main guest, must be registered with a valid picture ID. All remaining adult guests 18+ will be registered by full name, prior to check-in. Local guests must be 25+. Emergency contact required via form. Listing is 3 min from location; exact location shared after booking. ~~NO SMOKING AT ALL~~ This is a smoke free complex. Violations will be immediately reported, and the $900 fine will be guests responsibility. ~~NO PETS ~~ Service animals will incur an additional fee for non-routine cleaning and damages. ~~NO LOUD MUSIC ~~ ~~LEASING OFFICE AND BUILDING STAFF~~ IS NOT a part of your reservation, the office and staff only support permanent residents. We are your sole point of contact. If you need any assistance contact us directly. REMINDERS: ~~CHECK IN/CHECK OUT~~ CHECK IN is anytime after 3:00 PM. CHECK OUT is at 11:00 AM. To respect the Housekeeper's time any late check out will incur a $50 fee, for every 30 mins. An early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance. If available $35 per hour will apply to each request. ~~SURVEILLANCE CAMERA/NOISE SENSOR ~~ Camera covers the front entry only. Noise levels above 75 decibels prompt a message to lower the volume. Repeated violations will result in termination, if police are involved; $1,000 fine. Devices are not to be tampered with. ~ HOUSEHOLD ITEMS~ Missing or damaged items will result in a replacement fee. Towels and comforters are for their intended use only, and stains will require replacement. ~~PROPERTY RELATED KEYS~~ Failure to return any keys will incur a $200 replacement fee. $100 for lock-out service. ~~MAILBOX~~ No mail delivered hereAbout pets:No pets allowed.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
