There was hair in my shower that was clearly not mine. They didn’t clean my sink at all. The tv didn’t work. AND I FOUND A BUG AND THEY STILL REFUSED TO REFUND ME.

Well negative was room was kind of old, little language barrier from check in. Bathroom needed some work, room lacked outlets to charge devices.
But positives is close by to shops and restaurants. Did come with microwave and fridge. Also not far from A/Metro Blue Line. Was ok for one night or need something last min. Got some humor out of non smoking sign.

I really enjoyed my time here. Went on a solo mini weekend vaca. Everything was nice and clean the staff was friendly. I got a room off the alley and even then my car and room was safe when I was not there. The property is well kept. The ac units work amazing!!. Overall a better experience then I expected considering I booked literally last minute. Definitely coming back here for another weekend with my kids.

The owner was not professional at all she was rude to my wife and told us not to return because she wanted us to wait for our Uber outside with all of our belongings.

It's a seedy location and the manager has no cojputer or credit card machine. Takes cash and writes I.D. information in a tablet with a pencil. I said i had reservation with ******* and he said he didn't know anything about that. I showed him my cell with reservation and he didn'
t want to read it. Customer before me had a party dressed woman in car and paid in cash. He was told there was only street parking for one-nighters. Few inside parking places were for weekly and monthly tenents...one I saw looked like a lady of the night off duty. Told him I wasn't staying and he yelled "Go then". A dump.
