My husband and I live nearby and personally manage this home. We make sure everything runs smoothly and that you have everything you need. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach and this home is very comfortable and has enough space for everyone to spread out. This 1,500 square foot home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. There is new furniture and bedding throughout. There is a very large fenced in back yard complete with ample patio seating, a fire pit, and propane grill. All bedrooms feature new premium 12" memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed and Roku TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. All beds have very soft high thread count 100% cotton bedding. Extra blankets and pillows are provided. You are sure to be very comfortable and get a good night's rest. There are 2 living rooms, each with a Roku TV that include DirecTV streaming service. You will definitely get a good night's rest as all the bedrooms have top of the line 12 inch memory foam mattresses and very soft 680 thread count 100% cotton bedding. The home has high speed WiFi connected to a mesh router to provide a strong WiFi signal throughout the house. The data speed varies from approximately 100 Mbps - 500 Mbps depending on your device's proximity to the router. There is a desk and office chair in case you need to do some work while here. The desk is located in the back living room. There is a Pack n' Play travel crib and high chair. Beach towels, wagon, beach toys, and beach chairs are also available. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook a family meal. There is a complete 12 piece pots and pans set, a variety of baking dishes and utensils, crock pot, Instant Pot, mixer, blender, toaster, waffle maker, water kettle, and more. There is a K Kup coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker. The dining table has seating for 6 people. The beach is 1.5 blocks down the road. The house is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The large backyard is completely fenced in and has a propane grill. This is a very comfortable home. We invite you to come and stay with us. There is a 3 vehicle maximum allowed.
