I paid for my stay online through ******* but when I arrived I was hit with a hidden fee and they did not accept any of my cards and I was almost out the money that I had already paid for the room for the two nights that I had booked for my stay. It was a struggle to find a way to pay for the extra hidden fees that was not noted anywhere on the website. Had I known about this fee, and the trouble it would cause, I would have never booked a room at this hotel in the first place. The lady that checked us into the hotel was extremely rude as well. I will never return to this hotel in the future and I do make this trip every year. Please be aware that they are very particular about who you bank with. If you plan on staying at this hotel I would call them directly before paying for your room and ensuring that they take your method of payment before you spend a few hundred dollars to book a room, get there, get hit with a hidden fee, and then not be able to get your room due to them not taking your card that you payed with online at the hotel and then you can't even get a refund for your room. Very unprofessional and I'm very disappointed with the service as this hotel as it is supposed to be a Hilton.
