Live nearby, visited for my husbands birthday with his family. The staff were attentive, friendly and efficient. The food was fantastic - excellent t turkey and ham/ beef. I felt reasonable priced given the quality. Will be our ‘ go to’ for Sunday lunch moving forward.

Visited here for lunch on Sunday the 8 th of December, beautiful hotel looking great for Christmas, great location, excellent staff and service as was the food, definitely be back, worth a visit guys and reasonable prices, great parking as well

We received absolutely brilliant service from Dinesh, our friend had a wonderful birthday. Really accommodating staff and a wonderful venue. Would 100% recommend this for an event or birthday. Thanks to all the staff who looked after us so well!

If I hadn't stayed and experienced the hotel personally, the low starred reviews, would definitely have put me off, I can truly not agree with any of them, we only stayed for one night, first time, but we were extremely happy with our stay, the staff as a whole were so friendly and helpful, we ate in the bar for lunch and evening meal , cannot fault, food so nice, ambience spot on, breakfast in restaurant was also extremely good, great selection, and again staff couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant, surroundings super, background music 👌, and the walk to city centre pleasantly close , can not fault this hotel in any way, so please , don't be put off with the lowet reviews, they definitely didn't stay in the same hotel i did, will definitely return, hopefully...

We had the most delicious cocktails made by the lovely Vimu last night and beautiful piano tunes played by the fantastic Sharon Graham. Such a relaxed and homely atmosphere. A great way to unwind after a long busy week. We can’t wait to go back!

Stayed for two days with my wife on family business. What a fabulous hotel. Great location, comfortable and well appointed rooms, and above all a friendly and helpful staff - ranging from reception to room cleaning. Special thanks to Diane in reception for the tour of the function rooms and accompanying explanations

I came in for a bite to eat because I was having a bad day. The employees, particularly manager Zara, were excellent and made a difficult day better. Extremely attentive, and I thought the food's quality was matched by the service. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rooms are clean, spacious and beds very comfortable. Easy to manoeuvre through hotel with plenty of helpful signs. Bedrooms a little warm at night, but a quick call to reception will fix the temperature. Hotel corridors lovely and quiet during the night, no drunken revellers in the wee hours. Breakfast was good, go before 09.30 if you can, before the mad rush. Plenty of staff at hand in the Oak Room to assist with breakfast. All staff so friendly.

We had a fantastic experience staying at the Ebrington. Upon arrival, the check in staff and Gerry (concierge) couldn't have done enough for us. Gerry was very knowledgeable about the local area. All the local recommendations from Gerry and the bar staff were fantastic. Gerry was also very helpful in arranging a tour of the city for us. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The robes and free Spa access was much appreciated. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the live pianist was relaxing and enjoyable. The unique scent used in communal area was relaxing and beautiful. The only downside was the extra parking charge of 6 pound per night.
