This was one of the most amazing hotels we've stayed in. We were in a bind and were lucky to get a room at the last minute. Our room, the John Snow* room, was delightful! It was a lovely, large room with a very comfortable four poster bed, a sitting area with lush cushions and a separate large bathroom with a claw foot bathtub, large shower and a throne chair for the toilet. The hotel's commitment to sustainable choices include bamboo toilet paper rolls and unbleached tissues as well Land & Water toiletry products. This is a just one of the many wonderful perks about this lovely Boutique hotel consisting of 3 Georgian townhomes. There is so much history involved with origins from the 1718. There is an honest bar in the library where you can make your own drink from all sorts of choices provided as well a drink of the month with recipe included. There is also a Gin room with many options. On arriving there is yummy and refreshing pitcher of Lemonade in the reception area. There are over 2000 paintings throughout the hotel and each room. The room service is impeccable and includes tea, breakfast and meals 24 hours. I asked one of the front desk reps since I had trouble with jet lagged could I get ice cream at 4:00 a.m.? He cheerfully replied YES! We enjoyed the room service daily with fresh coffee, tea and breakfasts. I was pleasantly surprised when my sweetie arranged for extra amenities suggested as an option on check-in. We got a book, ”The 500 Hidden Secrets of London” as well as a gorgeous bouquet of flowers that were delivered in a shopping bag vs a vase which made it so easy to transport to our Viking Cruise ship when we checked out. The staff was amazing and eager to please. We left a tip at the end of our stay and were told that they'll put in a kitty to have a party for all. I could go on and on about this delightful experience but will end with it was the perfect spot for us to stay to acclimate our selves to London, tend to our jet lag, and be spoiled before going on to our next destination. This is a MUST see and if you're lucky a MUST stay!! *John Snow is not the Jon Snow of Game of Thrones but the doctor who discovered and help stop the Cholera epidemic.

First , they double charge me , second, i didnt get any of my benefits, not early checks in not late check out , i didnt get upgraded, the receptionist ann marry (?polish) was very rude , and races , she shouldnt be a working in hospitality industry, plus the room dont have iron board and iron i order one and they took it ba k on the next day, we ask for adapter/ plug for charging not available, laundry bags not available and when i ask for one they send me a plastic bag like ikea one too big and dirty, On the check in no one welcome me as ihg member or ask me what i like as amenities, unless i ask , during the breakfast , the waitress was shutting at us for sitting outdoor on 2 seat table and we almost blocked the way although there is no partition along the balcony , Order a coffee took over 20 mins , the manager ( polish guy as well) very arrogant and rude he was saying i have 10 coffee orders and we had to wait for how long he dont know fruit was old and flies all over, my friend get hair in his omelette, i ask for a bottle of water they said its chargeable , they serve a tap water and they add ice with their hands , the same manager was washing cups of coffee with his hands and water only …. Health department should close this restaurant. Corridors are dirty, U had to wait for elevator for 10 mins every time u wanna go up and down For the money and the price i could stay in many better hotels never again to such place IHG should be ashamed and remove this hotel from their booking system

With work I stay in hotels all around the world and The Soho Hotel is one of the best that I have ever stayed in. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The suite I was in was fabulous and roomy. The bathroom was exquisite and the facilities in the room excellent. I cannot speak more highly of the hotel. Breakfast in the morning was tasty, arrived very quickly and was freshly cooked. 10 out of 10 in every way.

I have spent 40 years traveling the world and I have stayed in the smallest hotels that Japan has to offer including capsule hotels. Hotel Mimi beats them all - the room I stayed in was small, really small with no window. But it was great! - I knew what I was letting myself in for but I knew all I wanted was a comfortable bed and somewhere to wash and the room excelled at both of these things. Beautiful marble bathroom with Molton Brown soaps and shampoos. Now, if you ask if it was worth the nearly £200 I paid the answer is no - but this is London and thats what you have to pay. Stay at Mimi's - but make sure you know what you could experience.

The people at the front desk were really nice because there was something to do and we had to extend the check-out for free. The room was also very clean and soundproof. It is also very close to Chinatown, and the overall is very good.

Came to this hotel for a mini break to celebrate our 10th year wedding anniversary. We were truly spoilt from the moment we arrived, Donia the guest relations manager greeted us at reception with a choice of different champagnes, we were then escorted to our room and wow wow wow, we were truly spoilt with a lovely room upgrade, a complimentary bottle of champagne, strawberries covered in chocolate and a 4 poster bed bed presented with a heart, balloon and rose petals. The room was of a truly high standard, bathroom immaculate with double shower heads. The hotel is situated right in the heart of theatre land which was perfect for the restaurant and show we had booked., everything was within 10 minutes walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was really nice, both continental and cooked breakfast available and of a high standard in taste. Once again I would like to thank Donia and her team for truly making our stay special and memorable i would highly recommend this hotel ti anyone. Thank you.
