Overall, great hotel experience but I can understand where other customers' complaints were coming from (especially if booked price was not nicely priced/deal/etc.).
On location alone, this Radisson Blu hotel is hard to beat. Right by Bond Street and Elizabeth line, it is super convenient to get to and from directly from Heathrow Airport.
Staff/service is kind and helpful. I arrived a little early (for normal check in) but receptionist helped with an early check in because the room was available, no problem.
The unfortunate is there was/is definitely construction going on right across the property (September 2024), but it wasn't that bad or a nuisance and it is what it is.

The place is small and it is very unexpected. The old buildings are small. But the location is excellent, the friendly breakfast is not bad. The price is not cheap, as long as it is convenient for shopping, it does not need such a downtown

This hotel is almost perfect if not Becos the lift is not in service to accommodate the number of guests. You will need to queue up everyday u go out or
Come back to hotel. U need 10-15 mins extra for
Each lift journey.
The man in glasses at reception is super rude when we arrive to check in. We were a frustrated Becos of the 15 hours long haul flight for us to arrive to London plus 1 hour taxi ride. Poor service when check in.
No one will tell u there is a lift from
Ground floor to reception floor with luggage. U neee to explore yourself.

The hotel is in a good location and the surrounding environment is very peaceful
, should be a business district,
Not far from the underground, about 5 minutes walk.
It's also very convenient to take a bus nearby, and the hotel provides basic supplies.
The space in the room is good. I will recommend it to my friends.

Zedwell Piccadilly offers a cozy environment for a short layover in London. The hotel is situated near Regent St. where much shopping can be done. Access to the Tube is easy with the station located within 3 mins walking distance. Additionally, the hotel is guarded with security so you could reside in peace and security.
My only dissatisfaction was the keycards. During my 3D2N stay, I had to reset the keycards for my friends and I 3 times, much to my annoyance. The staff were understanding however, and patiently resets it every time.
Other pointers to note:
- Breakfast at the hotel is quite limited, offering mainly a croissant, granola bars, and coffee. If you are looking for a heavier meal, feel free to explore the surrounding cafes. One i could recommend within 5 mins walking distance is Caffe Concerto (shown in pic)
- Storage of luggage is not free, costing you 15 pounds per piece of luggage

I had a great stay at St Giles London. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made for a great first impression. Cleanliness was also top-notch, with the room and common areas well-maintained.
However, there were a few areas for improvement. The TV in the room was quite small and not a smart TV, which limited entertainment options. Additionally, there was no refrigerator in the room, and I had to request one separately, which was a bit inconvenient.
Overall, I had a positive experience, but I would suggest improving the in-room amenities to enhance the guest experience. Adding larger smart TVs and ensuring every room has a refrigerator would make a significant difference.
Would definitely stay here again, especially for the excellent service and cleanliness!

Originally booked to walk after lunch at the British Museum at 12:15
Then return to the hotel to renew the rent for one night
On January 9th, I was shot when I left the door at about 10:28 minutes
At the hotel door about walking less than ten steps from the clothes to shoot away
I hang around my neck with a neck almost some sections 😱 can not catch up ”Poor security at night dangerous
Fortunately, after having another phone with me, I found a British friend to help me
online security police” police asked the hotel if there was a cctv outside only inside the hotel
No hotel staff outside said no” it’s best to return to the hotel after seeing the British Museum
Take a break to recharge and check out early feel unsafe and end up having your phone stolen and end up in this location once and then never again
I want to keep the hotel bed very comfortable
The breakfast service staff was great
Also the bathroom water is hot ”hand sanitizer smells good”.

We arrived to Christmas dec’s 1st of all! Strange as 12 days of Xmas has passed!
Asked for both mine and my 16 year old sons passports and how we were related like what the hell! After telling us our room, I already felt like he was paying us to stay there rather us paying them!
As we’d paid £100 deposit aswell I honestly thought we were staying in a penthouse but as the stairs stairs creaked and creaked upstairs I just knew we were in for a noisy evening!
The curtains were held together by a hair grip, work going on outside which I know is out of their control but surely they would say just to be polite!
Had no sleep as people going up and down the stairs and they’re creaky as hell!
When we left, just yes leave your key, I’ve no clue if they’ve ever cracked a smile.
I won’t be staying there again.
Yes it’s cheap and close to the station but so dated , they’re rude and I’d rather pay that bit more for the service and comfort!

Outstanding
GGuest UserBe careful of being unknowingly charged with a ‘discussionary charge of tips’ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, don’t be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel.
When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasn’t happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied.
Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasn’t even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS.
In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates.
This shouldn’t have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didn’t expect there would be as we were not even informed.
It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we weren’t informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isn’t it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.
AAndy NooGreat location close to Kings cross /St pancreas Station and not far from attractions, its 2 hotels in 1 that is predominantly used as a transit hotel for overseas tourist on day trips. The hotel is clean, and you need a room key card for the lift to move and also to get to the corridors of your room so security is good.
Downsides are that outside noise enters easily due to the old metal windows and rooms a very warm, it can be noisy throughout the night as people arrive and leave at all times. We had a room with an interconnecting door that the people in the other room tried to open at 1.30 am when they first arrived , they were also incredibly noisey shouting once awake which was at 5am due to sightseeing trips with the noise coming through the doors really easily, so it disrupted our stay . The breakfast was very good with a good selection of full English and continental foods, which set you up for the day ahead. Would we use this hotel again ....possibly
GGuest UserStay was great until I found out they took money from my bank for breakfast I didn’t take. I stated at check-in I didn’t want breakfast as I was at work early the following day.
I called the hotel for a refund, only to be told I need to send an email to the manager and they would check the cctv to ensure I didn’t attend breakfast.
IIanOur normal IHG Hotel was nearly fully booked therefore the price was prohibitive. We therefore took the opportunity to try for the first time the Sutton Hotel.
All the staff that we met either on the reception or restaurant were friendly, helpful and professional. The Hotel has full amenities including swimming pool, and although we did not use any, except the restaurant, everything looked excellent. Our queen’s standard room was ok but there were a few marks and stains on the carpet, plastic cups in the bathroom, no box of tissues and few plug sockets. All these things are noticed in comparison to our normal hotel at Epsom Downs. It is however true to say that this Hotel had a very good restaurant on sight which Epsom does not. Therefore there is no doubt we will certainly stay here again in the future.
大大食仔The location is good. The westfield shopping is nearby. There is bus stop just in front of hotel entrance. The two stations are within 5 minutes walking distance. Overall, the hotel is clean and tidy. The size of room is acceptable . There are supermarket, Macdonald, KFC, Starbucks, Subways nearby.
TTan24The location is ideal to get to T5 Heathrow Terminal using the POD transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite big and there seem to be lots of parties happening. The bar is a sports bar and you can enjoy drinks and food. The corridors are very long. The hotel furniture and interior are a bit outdated, but for a short stay it's ok.
GGuest UserHotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located perfectly for a visit to West Field shopping complex, 5 minutes walk away. The room we booked was the lowest priced available without breakfast included. It was clean and well presented as you expect for a Hilton. Tea and coffees provided as well as a fridge. The bathroom looked tired with heavy wear around the lower door and skirting given an appearance of shabbiness. That said it was clean. Also thankfully it wasn’t cold outside ( just wet ) as the heating wasn’t functioning.
AAnonymous UserRoom & bathroom are tiny.. just nice for the bed, not much space left for the luggage..
location is great, near Paddington station walking distance to Hyde park.
AAnonymous UserThe location is quite convenient. The room for 3 people (2 beds) is okay, not too small, and not too dirty. Shower room is a bit small but clean. There is a kitchen, microwave and sink. Overall I’m good with this stay.
AAngelI am writing to provide feedback on our recent stay at your hotel. While the location was excellent, we found that the hotel itself was in need of some improvements.
Firstly, I would like to highlight the positive aspect of our stay, which was the great location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore the area. This was definitely a major advantage during our visit.
However, we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The rooms appeared to be in need of a deep cleansing, as there were noticeable stains on the carpets and walls. Additionally, the furniture and fixtures seemed worn out and outdated. A fresh coat of paint and new beds would greatly enhance the overall appearance and comfort of the rooms.
Furthermore, we found the lack of a welcoming lobby person to be quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or assisted by any staff members. This lack of hospitality made us feel unwelcome and left a negative impression.
In conclusion, while the location of the hotel was excellent, we believe that improvements are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience. A thorough cleaning, along with updates to the rooms and furniture, would greatly improve the comfort and aesthetics of the hotel. Additionally, having a friendly and welcoming lobby person would contribute to a more positive and enjoyable stay.
P.S. positive side- I truly appreciate the staff at the hotel who made the effort to move us to a more convenient floor. Additionally, it's always a pleasant experience when the breakfast lady is friendly and accommodating.
