Very good, it is a first-class hotel from a global perspective. The overall experience is not in the category of luxury resort, but more like a top business hotel. Adhere to the traditional peninsula layout, which comes from the business travel style of the golden age of 80/90s. Those who like it will like it very much.

Location: The hostel is located in an excellent location, near Lambeth North Station, a variety of shopping around and you can go to the main tourist points of London, including: Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster Abbey ... Structure: The site is well preserved, right in the entrance has a well-conjoining pub, where also lunches and spots are served and there is a small outdoor area with tables. In the upper floors are the shared bedrooms and bathrooms (1 per floor). Facilities: The hostel does not have lift, which may be a problem for people who arrive with many bags, the lockers of the bedrooms are very small (in my case it only cuts a mean bag), but to solve this problem the hostel provides a The rooms are small, so when you are stuck, you become a problem to locomote. There is no air conditioning or ventilator, only heating system, in the days I stayed in the city was warm and the rooms were very shocked because the natural ventilation was not enough. The beds were comfortable, had USB-tapped and outputs in all beds, but there were no curtains and individual lighting (for those who stay in hostels, know that makes the difference). The bathrooms are spacious and were kept clean as far as possible, because it does not make sense to wait for the perfect space since it is shared, especially in the most frequently moving times. Conclusion: Despite the details mentioned, I would host again, the comfort and structure offered by the hostel and location are compatible with the value paid.

Wonderful hotel with excellent location. The room was clean, very comfortable and had great view of the London Stadium. The location was amazing, next to a huge Stratford Shopping Centre and to the subway station with many subway lines. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. KUDO to the Concierge Staff, especially NALEEF, DANIEL, AND ONE OTHER GENTLEMAN (sorry! i forgot his name). My wife got pickpocketed in London. The Concierge staff, especially Naleef, went above and beyond their duty to help us to deal with our distress moments. He advised us to report the theft to the London Police, and also the Concierge staff helped us tremendously to deal with our stolen credit cards. We really appreciated what these amazing staff did for us. Thanks so much to Naleef, Daniel and to all the Concierge staff for making us feel so welcome and for all your unforgettable help during our stay. The world needs more of these people like your Concierge staff. Hyatt should be very proud to have these amazing Concierge staff. We certainly will return to this Hyatt hotel in the future and would highly recommend this Hyatt hotel to anyone!

My sons want me to write this: a great hotel in this trip around the Europe except the Barcelona one; that one was exceptionally nice. This hotel is so close to Wembley and ofc to Wembley hub, and that makes transportation very conveniently. Buy the daily ticket for zone 1-6 except you need to go airport. Half an hour to Buckingham Palace and all around there, and no traffic. I’d have to admit this is good for budget concerning. It saves quite a lot of money. Also, since I have this suite, I can walk about 5 minutes to the local supermarket for food and drinks and fix up a good dinner in the hotel.

Comfortable stay in a relatively recently refurbished room. Room was quiet, heating worked well in winter, shower was powerful. Car park plenty of spaces. Location next to A2 is great if driving, plus 10-15min walk to Bexley train station for overground train to central London. Breakfast buffet was adequate, although coffee could be better. Would be ideal if trip could do a deal so IHG Rewards status recognition & points earning was available.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend opting for the breakfast—it was not only delicious but also very clean and well-prepared.
The location was excellent as well. With just one bus or subway ride, you can easily reach the city center, making it very convenient.
If you find the prices of hotels in the city center a bit overwhelming, I strongly recommend staying at this hotel instead!

I stayed at this hotel with my sisters and we had 2 rooms. The reception staff was very pleasant, helpful and professional. We arrived about an hour before check in time and were pleasantly surprised as the rooms were ready . Spacious rooms , well maintained and clean . The bed linen etc was also very good . We actually ate dinner at the restaurant and it was freshly made and good value . Breakfast next day was also plentiful. The hotel was quite busy but staff seemed to be working very hard .

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Luton Airport and had a generally positive experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, especially for early morning flights, as it is just a short walk or shuttle ride from the terminal. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a particularly comfortable bed that ensured a good night’s sleep before an early flight. Additionally, the staff were welcoming and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and assisting with any queries.
The on-site restaurant offers a decent variety of meals, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful with a good range of options. Room service was prompt, and the food quality was satisfactory. The hotel also provides good amenities, including a fitness centre, free Wi-Fi, and business services, with ample parking for those driving in. However, being close to the airport does bring some inevitable noise from the planes. While the windows are soundproofed, light sleepers might still notice it.
While the convenience is a huge plus, the rates can be on the higher side compared to other nearby accommodations, so it's worth booking in advance to secure a better deal. The immediate area around the hotel is quite utilitarian, with few attractions or dining options outside the hotel itself. Nevertheless, the Holiday Inn Luton Airport is a solid choice for those prioritising convenience and comfort before or after a flight. The staff’s hospitality and the hotel’s amenities make it a pleasant stay despite some minor drawbacks.

Outstanding
GGuest UserBe careful of being unknowingly charged with a ‘discussionary charge of tips’ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, don’t be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel.
When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasn’t happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied.
Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasn’t even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS.
In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates.
This shouldn’t have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didn’t expect there would be as we were not even informed.
It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we weren’t informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isn’t it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.
GGuest UserThis hotel is a clean modern hotel which is well maintained. My wife and I stayed here twice, for 3 and 4 days respectively while touring the UK. The rooms were comfortable for sleeping, quiet and the air-conditioning worked well. The bathrooms were well designed and very clean. Housekeeping was fine. The major problem was that both of our rooms were very small and they had virtually no space for clothing. There was no usable drawer space and closets were tiny and had an inadequate number of hangers as well. If you are traveling for other than 1-2 days, there is no place to put anything. Living out of suitcases for 4 days or more does not add to the enjoyment of one's trip. The Breakfast is at best, just OK. There is a minimal amount of fresh fruit and while you can order off a hot breakfast menu, most things we ordered were not very good, so we stopped doing that. The Reception staff was marginally helpful. No one came to help us with our luggage. If you need a taxi or limo to take you to the airport, you are on your own. In addition, the front of the hotel is covered by bus stops so the taxi or limo has to try to find a place to pull us to load or unload. There are just a lot of annoying things about this hotel, some could be remedied, others probably not. For my next visit to London, I will not be staying here.
GGuest UserStay was great until I found out they took money from my bank for breakfast I didn’t take. I stated at check-in I didn’t want breakfast as I was at work early the following day.
I called the hotel for a refund, only to be told I need to send an email to the manager and they would check the cctv to ensure I didn’t attend breakfast.
GGuest UserHotel was great. From the moment you walk in it is clean comfortable and has a beautiful smell throughout. The rooms are spacious and the black out blinds cut out every bit of light for a perfect sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful especially so at the restaurant / bar. They have great deals (5 x peroni for £20) and the food for dinner is very nice. Breakfast was also varied and tasty. The gym is small but has everything for a good workout. Best thing about the hotel in my opinion was the spa / pool. Very relaxing to be able to lounge by the pool after using the sauna (which was a great temperature) and you are provided a robe and slippers to make it even more comfortable. The white company shower gels / shampoo and moisturiser are all very nice. Only negative is I think they have been watered down a bit. Overall great!
GGuest UserVery satisfied! recommend! I stayed in a small and beautiful hotel that was very comfortable😄👍The shower room was spacious and it was very refreshing to take a bath. What a good rest those two nights were! If you run out of tea bags in the room, you can pick up chocolate powder and so on downstairs. The surrounding facilities are complete and the transportation is convenient. London Zoo is within walking distance. It's not far to the south to King's Cross Station.
GGuest UserJust leaving Holiday Inn Sutton and have had a truly wonderful stay. This hotel was used as a base for exploring London and surrounding areas and can't recommend highly enough. Ok we're not talking 5 star luxury, but if you're looking for that common sense should tell you to book elsewhere. However if you're looking for CLEAN (so important) and comfort with EXCELLENT staff then this will be for you! Staff are honestly some of the best I've encountered (even in 5 star hotels) and I don't say that lightly. Restaurant, front desk, housekeeping, health club all an absolute credit to the hotel and brand. Thank you. Nothing was to much trouble and you made our stay really great. It's the morning and evening acknowledements and friendly vibe and all the little touches that really do go a long way. We'll be back and would highly recommend this hotel and if there's a way to reward staff on duty 27th-29th August 2022 please do :)
GGuest UserThe best hotel in Longjiang, very convenient, next to the train station, you can see the lake view and most of the town from the rooftop, it's so beautiful! The hotel room is big and clean. I like it very much and will go again!
TTan24The location is ideal to get to T5 Heathrow Terminal using the POD transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite big and there seem to be lots of parties happening. The bar is a sports bar and you can enjoy drinks and food. The corridors are very long. The hotel furniture and interior are a bit outdated, but for a short stay it's ok.
GGuest UserWe stayed 3 nights here, first night the rooms were wrong, after going to reception the ignorant woman behind reception was no help. Her male colleague changed the rooms on day 2. All 4 rooms were dumps, not fit for 1 star. Our room in the basement was directly above the tube line, you could hear it travelling every few minutes. Health and safety doesn't exist here. Breakfast is basic, no hot food and the milk was sour and stored in a flask. Everywhere except reception is filthy. The bar was closed for 2 of the 3 days we spent here as the barman did not turn up for work and nobody else was authorised to open the bar including the manager. 10 pounds charge to store your luggage while you wait to get checked in!!! While passing through reception at various times we heard at least 6 people complaining about the rooms they had been allocated. Nothing matches the photos online. Windows unlockable, safes not working, corroded tap in the ”newly refurbished bathroom”, showers blocked. Well over priced for what it is. This place is not a hotel!! Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option.
GGuest UserDon’t know where to start. The room it self wasn’t where the reception was, turns out it’s about 100m down the road & round the corner, making the below issues not worth chasing up for a short stay. A horrible smell, Very sewage/stagnant water I would say. Which come from the bathroom sink, which hair & gunge was blocking it leaving a slight blockage. Very cramped, you couldn’t swing a cat around the room. Window latch was damaged, led to feeling insecure even being high up. Dodgy wall fittings. Inc now where to hold the shower head on the wall. Crap little kettle that was broken & burnt my partners hand. Rusty/dusty fan. No bin! All round a pretty grim place. This said room is what my guess is one of a few which is not advertised in the photos when viewing/booking.
