The hotel is an English building, old and elegant. The hotel serves English gentlemen, the breakfast environment is comfortable and exquisite, the hotel floor is old wooden floor, stepping on it creaks, feels good, in the room 🈶 carpet, no 🈶 Affect the feeling of rest and crossing. Great! The key to the room is like it, if it can be taken away as a commemoration! Hahahahahaha

Very friendly welcome from the staff who had a great attitude / service throughout. It has quite an intimate feel and it's in a good location but I'm not sure it quite hits my boutique buttons. Our room was OK - comfy bed and modern bathroom but it was stuffy overnight and a bit tired in places. Only one minor source of irritation for me - a 'discretionary' 3% room servicing charge automatically added at the end. (which I paid). Nasty trend this - why or why can't hotels just pay staff properly and have clear and fair pricing by putting it in the advertised price?

Hotel service is very good, we arrived at 12 o'clock, arranged for us to stay in advance, the room was small but there was no way to be tight, and it took about ten minutes to go to a famous department store in the UK. This location is suitable for buying and buying. Good place to go shopping

We spent five nights here in late November. Everything about our room had been clearly thought out with care and a good interior architect's eye. Great bed, cozy sitting niche, beautiful chinaware with the tea and coffee service, smart lighting. Of special note: the bath area's marble flooring is roughened slightly and slip proof. Smart and smart looking. The location puts you steps from the Marylebone, Soho, and Mayfair neighborhoods at the Bond Street tube stop that connects widely. The house staff were instantly responsive with requests. We would recommend the hotel highly and gladly stay there again.
