Booked this trip for my finances birthday. The hotel is outdated which we were aware of and no issues there but if you’re looking for something modern it’s not the place for you. The lift doors were very sticking and didn’t seem to open properly and had a bad smell to them. Checked in ok, went to our room which had the heating on full blast and the temp was showing at 39c. We tried to open the window but it was held closed by just a screw. The bed was very comfy to sleep on but we only stayed one night so wasn’t too bad. The next morning we were disturbed by housekeeping entering our room at 8am saying hello then quickly exiting and then hoovering the corridors banging the walls and our door. We told reception about this but was greeted by a rude member of staff who pointed to another lady then walked off. The lady behind the desk said she’ll talk to housekeeping again so sounds like this happens a lot. We then decided to go for breakfast to be told it was £15 each! Apparently when you check in you can buy breakfast at a discounted rate of £12.50 but no one told us or offered this at check in. We decided to go elsewhere for breakfast. All in all we had a good trip to London but will not recommend this hotel or ever be returning again. I wish I had spent a bit more and gone to a better hotel.

Staying here at the moment for 4 nights. Purpose of visit is for an appointment at Moorfields Eye Hospital which it is ideal for, less than a 30min commute. Room is clean and tidy with comfortable double bed and pull out sofa bed for the kids (family room). Cleaners daily, make the beds & change towels. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast is quite basic but ok for the price we have paid. The hotel only supplies breakfast, no lunch or dinner service although they are more than happy for you to order takeaway and eat on their tables in the bar. They will even provide you with plates and cutlery if needed. Highly recommend ordering from Bronson's Burgers via Deliveroo. Delicious burgers and less than 30mins from order to delivery!!! Very impressed! Overall, hotel is a good base for getting around London for sightseeing for a few days but if staying any longer I would look for somewhere slightly higher quality. Limehouse train station is a 5 min walk away. Nearest bus stop 2 min walk away.

Very nice Hotel in a good location with good tube access for popular sightseeing attractions. . The hotel was very clean and tidy and the rooms were very nice and spacious too. Breakfast was very good with a good variety to choose from. Would definitely stay here again

this hotel is a distance away from the city, but i’ve come to love it’s quiet and quaint neighbourhood. as hotel guests, you get free rides on the ferry to & fro Canary Wharf pier, which is still about a 10 minute walk to Canary Wharf metro & various malls. the hotel has narrow hallways to the rooms, floors are a little squeaky & you can hear people talk in the halls from your hotel room. lifts were a little confusing as well as rooms are subdivided into 8 areas (8 lifts). me and my mother didn’t receive a warm cookie upon check-in, but my boyfriend who arrived the next morning did, along with the ferry schedule, so i would say hotel service is inconsistent. we also had several issues with the toilet not being able to flush (me & my boyfriend’s room) & it took half a day for someone to attend to us - from the time we left the hotel to an hour after we got back. my mom had to call thrice on this issue. our toilet was also smaller and there was no drainage on the bathroom floor so it was often wet.

Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderfully attentive staff. We booked this hotel at the last minute (arrived less than an hour after booking because our previous hotel was not what we would expect it to be,) and we were immediately relieved upon entering the Westin. It smells like a spa, the staff welcomed our tired family with juice, and after checking in, Krishna (the front desk manager at the time) provided our children with teddy bears and passport books for them to collect stamps from staff throughout the hotel. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming arrival. The next morning we were attended to by Neal in the hotel restaurant for breakfast, and he was very kind and considerate as well. The location of the hotel is by St. Paul’s Cathedral and plenty of pubs and eateries. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness, and safety of the hotel.

Like always, I think the staff is what makes the hotel. My room had issues with air con, where it would turn off around midnight, and with windows being permanently shut it would make the room too hot to sleep in, resulting in poor sleep. However, the breakfast staff, Aygul and Flor, would turn my morning around. They're very friendly and helpful, and make sure you have everything you might need. Thank you both, for taking such a good care of me.

What a lovely hotel and surprisingly quiet at night. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive on check in, showing us to our room (also as an early check-in) and chatting to us about the property. We had one of the top floor rooms, which was spacious and light. Facilities were very clean. Bed was comfortable and we slept really well. The room looked fresh and being able to open a window for fresh air is a big plus. Will definitely stay again when we do another trip
