Hotel is lovely and in a great location. The only disappointment was the shower. It was absolutely awful. You had to step into a bath and the shower was like a slow spray. Will not be staying here again unfortunately.

The hotel was quite busy however the staff were quite accommodating of my requests eg. Extending my check out, cold room, ice, shaving kit ( they looked but couldn’t fulfill this one) . Mr Nouri was particularly helpful. He even showed me a better way to manage my luggage. The only issue unaddressed was the basin that would not drain. Perhaps telling non front desk staff was the problem.

What a sweet place. My private room was perfect for budget accommodation and the building used to be choirboy rooms for the cathedral/school. The staff are really great. They seem happy and like a real team. They are warm and genuine and not over the top. Thank you to Wilder and Samuel for carrying my luggage. I had a heavy suitcase as I’m about to go abroad for 3 months and I was in the top bedroom and there is no lift (being a listed building). I wanted to leave a tip but was told I couldn’t do this on my card and had no cash I’m sorry. Late check out cost me £5 and was a lifesaver when I got in at 4am from a night out. St Paul’s and nearby Farringdon are a wonderful area of London. Also on Elizabeth Line so great for seeing London pre and post flying from Heathrow. Renting a towel and buying shower gel; snacks and water late at night was all fine. Hotel was clean, enjoyable, had character and was super quiet when I stayed on a Friday night. My son and I stayed here last week for 3 nights. Hotel has very good location and was very clean. But nothing more good I can say about this place. The room was extremely small. Only because we came with small hand luggage, we can put it under the bed, with bigger luggage it was big problem. There is no place at all to take clothes from the luggage. Even not so easy to pass through the room because all the room space was the bed with few centimeters free space to pass. We really didn’t want some big room, because we came to be outside most of the time but every morning was challenging to dress up. Coffee machine also was out of service. There is paid service to store luggage for 12 hours after check out, and I have not any problem to pay for this service, but I expected there is toilet when we came to get our luggage before we leave to airport. And it’s not.

I turned up ready to put my legs up and rest before my early morning train. I was not looking for anything special but there is basic and then there is this! I was originally put in LG5 and told to go up the stairs, along the corridor and down the stairs. I followed the instructions but, not only could I not find the room, neither could a member of staff. Another one told me to go back along the corridor, up some stairs and down some stairs. I got to the staircase at the end of the corridor and it was blocked by piles of laundry and laundry bags! I went back to the reception desk and explained that neither myself nor staff could find the room. He agreed to give me a different one (a nicer one he said!) and said to go up the stairs and the room was on the right. He didn’t, however, give me a room number. I then started trying to get into the room on the right, then the next room on the right, then the next room on the right before I came up and went back to reception once again! He told me my room number and off I went again. I opened the room door to find a bed with no pillows or duvet and no bigger than a cupboard. I shut the door and headed back to the reception. I explained that I was not staying in that room and before I could explain why, he asked, “is it not clean?!” I explained that not only was it not clean, there were no facilities. He then snapped, “so, you just want to cancel this booking? Fine!” The carpets in the corridors were filthy, the staff couldn’t care less if they tried and the room was beyond basic. I left and booked the premier inn. Much better!

Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderfully attentive staff. We booked this hotel at the last minute (arrived less than an hour after booking because our previous hotel was not what we would expect it to be,) and we were immediately relieved upon entering the Westin. It smells like a spa, the staff welcomed our tired family with juice, and after checking in, Krishna (the front desk manager at the time) provided our children with teddy bears and passport books for them to collect stamps from staff throughout the hotel. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming arrival. The next morning we were attended to by Neal in the hotel restaurant for breakfast, and he was very kind and considerate as well. The location of the hotel is by St. Paul’s Cathedral and plenty of pubs and eateries. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness, and safety of the hotel.

Hilton has been a preferred choice of hotel, but it's my first time checking into Doubletree Hilton, and the expectation mustn't be high. I requested a high floor room with a good heater, but I was given a level 3 instead, and the heater control is rather old school. I wasn't given the toiletries when I stepped into the room and when I asked for it, housekeeping just provided me some items but they are unable to give me the toothbrush kit cause I'm staying in a deluxe room which is the lowest tier. Then the towel and the linen has some stench smell like it hasn't been washed properly. Lucky I was there for 2 nights only. The hotel is located close to 2 metro stations, and tower Bridge is within walking distance. Not cheap for the stay but I'm still pleased with the counter stuff being nice. Still give it a 3.5 to 4 for location and service.

Good location near Russell Square station, walking distance to Tottenham Court Road, Euston (15min). Room is basic and comfortable. Doors slam very loudly and cause disturbance at night. There was a function one night that lasted till almost midnight and the noise/music reverberations travelled a couple of floors up.

We had an amazing stay at the Leonardo royal hotel. Staff went above and beyond for my son’s birthday. They wrote happy birthday on the mirror and gave him a card a chocolates. We were upgraded to an executive room and I can not fault it. It was beautiful and clean and very comfy. The view from the room looked over the shard and the hotel itself self is within walking distance from a lot of attractions. We had the best stay and would definitely return.

What an amazing hotel and and even better experience! Check in was super smooth and very friendly reception team. Our room was just amazing, the bed was ultra comfortable with the usual high quality linens which made for a perfect night’s sleep. Lots to do in the hotel even if it is just sitting in the lounge seats watching the world go by in the bustling Leicester Square. Cocktail choices were very unique and perfectly blended, food was just as good with some amazing dishes. There was a Souk inspired evening when we were there which we loved as the music was great to listen to whilst having a few drinks. I loved the breakfast being à la carte as opposed to a buffet as the service is much more personable. Can’t wait to come back!
