My stay at the St Olave Suite at Lalit, London earlier this month was every bit comfortable with always eager to serve staff. In case you have a weakness towards Indian cuisine then their hot breakfast option along with a pot of cardamom infused Lalit tea is something you will look forward to. Baluchi was a wonderful experience with cooked to perfection my favourite Indian dishes. Chicken tikka and tandoored prawns were lip smacking and the Lucknowi Biriyani was absolutely divine. If you are looking at a side to Indian breads then try dal Baluchi. The property carries the mark of old times in a beautiful way and a well stocked bar is a perfect to enjoy a drink or two in the Teachers room before calling it a night. And if that wasn't enough the luxury boutique hotel boasts of an impressive location just a few minutes walk from the tower bridge .

Hotel location is very close to a subway station. ( Tower Hill Station ). It is also very close to the London Bridge. Room is spacious and clean. Every staff is so polite and helpful. We had a wonderful stay experience in this hotel. Kudos to all the staff in Tower Suites. Thank you !

We stayed at Shangri-la for two nights.I can’t praise enough the staff and the hotel itself. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to an amazing city-view room. Our room was facing St Paul’s Cathedral and other famous landmarks. The views were absolutely breathtaking. I decided to use the pool and sauna. It was brilliant! Again stunning views as the pool is located on the 52nd floor. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of cold and hot food, fruits and pastries. The facilities at the hotel are great but what makes everything perfect is the people and staff. A big thank you to duty manager Tylor and the reception staff, especially Jasmine and Andzelika, the pool attendant. You made our stay memorable.❤️

The front desk guide is very patient. The whole service was very attentive, treated the children kindly, and gave them small gifts. 1 minute walk from Tower Bridge subway station, convenient travel. It is very suitable if you choose to stop and go in London instead of stepping on the scenic spots. There is a Chinese restaurant on the first floor. The roast duck is very authentic, and other small dishes are also good. It is the first choice if you want to change the taste occasionally. In addition, there is a Michelin star on the first floor. The hotel is just above Canary Wharf and is just a short drive from the ferry terminal. By ferry or metro bus, you can easily reach the city centres such as Westminster. It is close to the financial city, surrounded by office workers, no tourists, relatively quiet. It is the East London Indians who have more points in the Middle East. On the edge of the ferry terminal is my favorite Cantonese restaurant dynasty. For me, this Chinese restaurant is very good in London, at least it is much stronger than the Chinatown, and the price is very high. So for me this location is excellent. The old hotel is old, but when the four seasons hotel was designed and built, it was made of good materials. The room of about forty inches was very big in London. The bathroom was especially spacious and exquisite, wet and dry, with rain and bathtub. , multi-angle mirror, super like the bath water of this hotel, very large, very comfortable to wash. This bathing water is the best in so many hotels in London where I have lived. The hotel gym and swimming pool are also very good. It’s just that the swimming pool is outsourced to Viking. I have to go to the hotel front desk to change cards. I walked over from the back garden and went through the public areas. I can’t go straight to the bathrobes or swimsuits. I have to take the swimming things to the locker room there. Change, this is very bad for a five-star hotel. And because the swimming pool is outsourced, there are a lot of people and it’s not good. The departure hotel helped to call a taxi, but it was not a watch. It was a fixed price, which was five pounds more expensive than when I was on the table. Overall, the hotel's price/performance ratio is not bad in London.

We stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate my daughters 40th, we stayed on the 5th floor, we had room 30 which had a dodgy door so make sure it’s closed properly if you stay in it, the room was advertised as a city view but all we could see was the royal London hospital, my daughter had room 33 which you could see the shard from, just so your aware if your paying extra for the view it’s not really worth it, anyway to the good points of which there were many, check in was very quick and easy, you will need a £50 refundable deposit upon arrival, the reception staff were all very helpful and friendly, the room was very modern and we had plenty of space, the bed was comfy and we never heard any noise from anywhere during our stay, the rooms are a little sp**** and clinical, a few pictures on the walls would make a huge difference but didn’t in any way affect our stay, the area itself isn’t the best, lots of shops that were wholesale only, all shuttered up on a night with lots of graffiti on them, if you leave the apartments and turn right you come to the Castle pub, we went in here for a drink but the music wasn’t to our liking so left after one, if you keep to the left where the street splits at the Castle it’s like a different world, new buildings all very nice and clean, this way takes you towards the Tower Hill tube station which we used as we called into the Goodman’s field (Wetherspoons) for a breakfast to start the day, there are closer tube stations to the Aptel though, we would stay here again but it’s a little too far out for me, but don’t hesitate if your thinking of booking it, you won’t be disappointed

I would like to say what a wonderful time we had at this beautiful hotel over the weekend. We were only 1 night and wished we had booked more. I would especially like to thank Zaema for her happy, friendly, helpful manner. She is a credit to you and your team. Nothing was too much trouble helping with tube instructions and timings and the hand written note left in our room was an especially lovely touch.

I arrived at the hotel with my friends around noon .... The front desk staff might see through the camera that we were carrying luggage up the stairs and entered the door, and immediately came out to help us carry our luggage; we could check in early, but because it was an underground room, we declined Just leave your luggage at the front desk and return to the hotel at night to get your room card, oh! The staff at the check-in was very nice and satisfied. Hotel breakfast can choose classic English breakfast, or improved vegetarian breakfast or porridge, then some buffets, fruit meat bread pastries and juice, etc., cost-effective! Although the room is small, there is a bedside table next to the two beds, which is very convenient for charging. Although the two beds are close to each other, they feel okay, they can accept it, and I may come back every day. Next, the bathroom area is ok, the overall satisfaction is satisfactory, and the room heating is overheated in winter. Ah, the hotel is in a good location. You can see the Tower Bridge when you go around the corner. There are also sainsbury and tesco near the hotel. We stayed for 4 nights while attending a couple of events in London. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Room 223 at the back of the hotel was quiet from road noise but there was some aeroplane noise in the early morning. Staff were brilliant, very helpful in all respects. Our TV went wrong and when we came back it was working. I locked myself out of my safe and it was opened within a few minutes. Breakfast was buffet style, not just continental but contained all the aspects of a fried breakfast. Eggs were rubbery and bacon greasy otherwise very good. Elephant and Castle tube station is a 15 minute walk away. Best way is to go straight down the A2, avoid Google maps suggestions of going down side roads which could take you across some perhaps less safe roads. The hotel is situated in a very busy, but not seemingly very affluent area. Lots of cafes and takeaways with people in and around them until late. If you aren't used to this sort of area it could be a little intimidating late at night, although we never felt threatened. Quite a few beggars around too. Tesco and Lidl supermarkets equidistant about 100 yards one way or the other. We saw security staff ”interacting” with troublemakers in both. People seemed to ignore it, so it's obviously pretty normal. All in all the hotel was great, the area it was in, not so much. Definitely worth considering though.

This place was vibing - such a great atmosphere. ALL the staff without exception were fun, welcoming and caring. Great receptionists and wonderful ladies in the canteen. There is an on site cafe selling drinks and crisps/chocolate. They do breakfast and lunch but not evening meals. But there is a fully eqipped kitchen downstairs you can use, eat and store your food, they even provode lables for your food. We paid £47 for a private 2 person room for a Monday night. We got bunk beds that were really comfy, lockers ( you need your own lock) and fresh white linen. You need your own towels. They dont provide any toiletaries, which is fine, but I forgot to bring hand soap so washed my hands with shower gel. There was an ensuite shower room, which was clean and fnctionable. The only real issue was the water pressure was low so the shower trickled out.

Hotel location is good, very close to the Tower Bridge, walking can be past. There is a parking place downstairs, and it is very convenient to put the car. The only regret is that I have to go to work at eight o'clock in the morning. I don't think I can check out early.

Nice modern pub with attached rooms which are separate from the pub and provide privacy . They don't shout enough about what a great location it is. Close to overground rail, and 1 stop away from tube connections. We got to the O2 I about 8 minutes. Rooms have been updated and are modern and clean. Bathroom big but bath small. They provide a takeaway breakfast, but shame they don't provide a full English.
