Excellent location just 10-15 minutes stroll from Waterloo station, with our Junior Suite offering fantastic views of the London metro (surprisingly quiet despite the proximity).
The suite was well-equipped with a comfortable queen bed, though the sofa bed was a bit thin (my kid could sleep comfortably). The room featured all essential amenities: a spacious wardrobe, iron and ironing board, fully-equipped kitchenette with microwave and a good-sized mini fridge (bigger than the norm). The multiple electrical outlets throughout the room were particularly convenient.
The bathroom was a highlight with a separate bathtub and shower, featuring luxurious ESPA toiletries with a wonderful gender-neutral citurs scent. The plumbing worked perfectly with no drainage issues, and the bathroom storage was ample.
Security and comfort were well-considered with working lifts, effective air-conditioning/heating, and an in-room safe. The only minor, tiny issue was that housekeeping initially provided amenities for two guests instead of three, though this was eventually resolved. This hotel would definitely be our choice for future London visits.
The toilet and shower need a bit of an upgrade. It is still relatively clean, just a bit run down, shower head doesn't hold up properly and the water pressure was bad even though we were on level 3. The rest was amazing.

I stayed at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge for 2 nights. I booked and pre-paid for everything on Trip.com.
At check-in, I was told the upgrade to a Studio would cost £50/night, hence, £100 for the two nights. I agreed to the upgrade and paid for the £100 at check-in.
At check-out, my card was charged an additional £100. The staff told me the upgrade was £100/night, £200 for two nights. He gave me an invoice. I immediately disputed the extra £100 charge, as that wasn't what I was told and agreed to at check-in. He got another colleague to look at the system, and she confirmed I should not have been charged the extra £100.
(The price difference between the room type I booked and the upgrade on the dates of my stay was only £43/night), so charging £50/night for the upgrade makes total sense.)
The front desk staff told me I would be refunded the £100 immediately and they will email me a new invoice with the correct prices.
Over 2 weeks have passed, I have not seen a reversal or a refund to my card, and I have not been sent a new invoice. Worst of all, I kept calling up the hotel and they said there's nothing they can do and told me to email the Admin team. I emailed the admin team a number of times and had no response, not even an automated email receipt.
This is simply appalling.
Booked this hotel for a for a birthday weekend, customer service was good very lovely and helpful and they even upgraded us for free due to having a small issue with our room and it being a birthday weekend
No credibility. When I checked in I was told I could get bottled water each day, but when asked for it the next day, I was told the rule has just changed and no bottle water would be given. It is not unusual for hotels that only give bottle water on the first day. However, if you promised something, you should honor it. Will never stay that again.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I was shocked to find that my reservation was canceled due to an overbooking on the platform. There was no room available for me and my friend. It was already 1 AM, and after a long day of work, I was extremely frustrated. I wasn't the only guest encountering this issue. Fortunately, the manager managed to arrange a room for us at a sister hotel for the night. The biggest hassle was dragging our luggage around, and with an important meeting scheduled for the next day, we had no choice but to wait. We then went to the sister hotel nearby, exhausted. The compensation was a free taxi ride, but even that was problematic as the driver was not very familiar with the hotel's address, wasting more time. Eventually, after almost an hour and a half, we managed to check in. The next morning, we had to rush off early, feeling quite wronged, but I was too tired to complain further. Thankfully, the hotel manager remembered me, and the transition back to the original hotel the next day went smoothly. The whole trip ended on a positive note. However, I recommend that everyone should allow extra time and check in early to pick up the room keys, as I believe such issues will continue to occur. Good luck to all.
