Very clean and helpful staff and they try to make you to feel like home.

Booked this trip for my finances birthday. The hotel is outdated which we were aware of and no issues there but if you’re looking for something modern it’s not the place for you. The lift doors were very sticking and didn’t seem to open properly and had a bad smell to them. Checked in ok, went to our room which had the heating on full blast and the temp was showing at 39c. We tried to open the window but it was held closed by just a screw. The bed was very comfy to sleep on but we only stayed one night so wasn’t too bad. The next morning we were disturbed by housekeeping entering our room at 8am saying hello then quickly exiting and then hoovering the corridors banging the walls and our door. We told reception about this but was greeted by a rude member of staff who pointed to another lady then walked off. The lady behind the desk said she’ll talk to housekeeping again so sounds like this happens a lot. We then decided to go for breakfast to be told it was £15 each! Apparently when you check in you can buy breakfast at a discounted rate of £12.50 but no one told us or offered this at check in. We decided to go elsewhere for breakfast. All in all we had a good trip to London but will not recommend this hotel or ever be returning again. I wish I had spent a bit more and gone to a better hotel.

The most important thing for most 'travelers' is safety. Therefore I can honestly say, coming from a British citizen, you will be very safe staying here. I couldn't fault the management one bit, and certainly went out of there way to accommodate me. I was working locally, so I stayed there 4 nights a week for a whole month. Had I not liked it, I wouldn't of stayed there after the very first night! Very close to the local high street and public transport also. You get what you pay for, and I was very happy to stay there + to also write this review for them. ps, Great free wifi aswell

We recently stayed here for the London Marathon 2022. We chose this hotel as the location was very close to the DLR station and very easy to get to Greenwich which was near the start. The hotel is hidden away off the main road but was very welcoming. Jeremy the Reservations manager looked after us and made our stay really lovely. We stayed for 3 nights and had a room on the 6th floor. The room was small but really cosy and quiet. Maybe could have done with a fridge in the room and some extra storage space but other than that an excellent stay. Breakfast was fabulous and on the morning of the Marathon extra food was put on and we could do down much earlier so we could digest our food before the run. Would stay again.

I find spa days odd if this is normal. Maybe this is a me thing. £70 to sip camomile tea in a not very warm room with the lights down (I could have murdered a coffee but they didn’t “do” coffee in the spa. Coming from a luxury hospitality background and it being a high-end hotel, I would have thought someone might have offered me one); the jacuzzi again was not all warm and nice so my muscles still wouldn’t relax and then there is a steam room with eucalyptus. The sauna is separated m/f so i didn’t bother because I went with a male friend and the point was to chat… we ended up having more tea. There is no swimming pool but there is a gym. Fair enough if you want that. My starters had no flavour at all. The main was nice and right for the moment and my Irish coffee was delicious. The building wowed me and everything is in very good condition. Staff are down to earth, smart and friendly. The set menu was worth doing. I don’t know how this competes with other hotels but had the spa been warmer I would certainly have been happier. I feel £70 for that part of the day is money for old rope. When I think about it we spent about £20 an hour to be in a nice building and have a £30 two course meal. I think that’s quite a lot. The spa could do with some personality, warmth, music… having tables cleared more often (it wasn’t busy)… something other than going room to room in a towling robe.

The hotel is next to the Greenwich Metro station and the bus stop is in front. A pleasant place, we always feel safe. The next has several restaurants. The hotel is new, excellent breakfast, with a variety of varieties. The hotel was very good, and my wife and our 12-year-old daughter were in a bed with Queen bed and a single bed/sofa. Big bathroom with bathroom.

Generic chain hotel stay as you would expect, rooms were clean and comfortable, half decent view of London skyline actually. Just as expected, if you expect anything special from a holiday in then you’re insane, it’s a clean comfortable no frills place to stay, standard breakfast, decent parking aside from added cost and all staff were very pleasant so can’t complain, only negative was having to pay an extortionate price for 2 night but that’s my fault for booking last minute when the Laver cup was on at the 02. On that note this is a great location for access to the 02. 10 minute walk.

The restaurant is very cozy! Breakfast is good! Our family of three stayed for five days. The service staff are very friendly and responsive! It is a cost-effective hotel in the Camberwell area. A few tens of meters away is the bus stop. Very convenient.

This was by far my favorite hotel in London! Great location with amazing views and Tesco is just 2 minutes walk away! It’s super convenient and clean! Front desk staff are super helpful and friendly especially Saim!!! She’s always smiling and ever ready to assist you with whatsoever you need! I’ll definitely be back ! Stayed for 2 weeks and annoyed every bit of it!!!!!!!!
