Very convenient hotel near to Paddington Station. Hotel room is very comfortable and the views were great. Room was a little dusty, and sink was not working well. However, receptionist was very efficient and got the maintenance team to fix the issues mentioned within the day.

It was my family trip to London city. First day the trainee at the reception is not so well to assist us on check in. She arrange 3 rooms with 3 different floor. And that is very limit parking with 35gdp per night. I have booked 3 rooms but 1 of the double bed room is super tiny and the bathroom very small as well. You can’t even open up a luggage. It make me so angry to contact trips.com Cs to make a complaint. Cause I pay the same price to get the different room. After next day, the reception has settle the issue but it take a time and delay my trip schedule. It’s not a good feel during the travel.

The facilities and rooms were very clean and the futons were fluffy!! The only thing that bothered me was that I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room (although I could have asked the staff), and the Wi-Fi was barely connected except at the front desk on the first floor. So when I wanted to use my smartphone, I had to go downstairs, which was a pain (;´д`) Other than that, it was great!

The location is very close to Paddington train station and subway station, there are Big Bus and Golden Bus Tour stations nearby, and there is Hyde Park walking south. Drinks, tea bags, and biscuits are all free. The room space is small and it will be very narrow with a large suitcase. When you check-out, just put the door card in the small box at the counter. Overall, the location and service are very convenient.
