This was a very nice hotel! The breakfast had many good options of all different types of food. The room was a great size and was very well maintained. The staff was very friendly. The first night of check in, our tv was not working properly and the manager came right away to fix it! We booked a room with club access, however during check in the clerk upgraded our room which ended up taking away our club access however, the manager was able to fix the booking and restored our club access. I think the club could be expanded more as there was not a lot of room and also the beverage options could be upgraded. The hotel was not too far away from the subway lines so we were able to walk and explore London. I thought it was a great stay.

The room was very clean. There was also a Sainsbury's opposite, which was very convenient. The hotel staff were very nice. The bathroom and other facilities were beyond expectations and very clean.

My second stay here and still as good as the first. The hotel is well located near the airport but be mindful that you will need to arrange your own transportation to the hotel since there is no hotel shuttle bus service. We paid over 30 pounds for a 5 mins Uber ride from T3 to the hotel. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was made to order and there were many excellent choices. Cannot pick anything wrong with the hotel service either and highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel near Heathrow.

My mother and I stayed in the Curve Suite, and the experience was exceptional. The service and facilities in the room were incredible—everything was spotlessly clean, and any issues or needs were addressed within minutes. The room itself was spacious with stunning views, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. The Executive Lounge was also outstanding, offering breathtaking views and a fantastic selection of snacks and drinks, which were constantly replenished by the attentive staff. If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be that the lounge could be a bit larger to accommodate everyone more comfortably, as there was occasionally a slight wait during peak hours to find a seat. However, this minor detail did not detract from the overall exceptional experience. I would especially highlight the service at the Buffet and the Front Desk; both were highly responsive, attentive, and hospitable. A special thanks to Fanny, the Assistant Front Office Manager, for making our celebration so special and enjoyable with her outstanding support and care.

During the epidemic, check-in, check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the hotel facilities were not bad. The key location is good, about half an hour walk away from Soho. Walk to Regent Square in three minutes
