The hotel did offer me a comfortable stay and i was impressed with the upgraded room. The security of the premises is much more strict now and we felt more safer then before. I would definitely make an another visit coming back London.

Just referring to the feeling of staying here, it is still good. However, the room rate was repeated. I have already asked once at check-in, saying that it is a deposit, and I will refund it when I check out. As a result, I still deducted my money when I checked out. Fortunately, Ctrip's service is still good, and the refund is successful.

The location is at the center of the city, close to shopping center, plenty of restaurant in walking distance, the front desk is nice. The room is clean and comfortable. I will recommend this Days Inn for friends.

We stayed here for 4 nights in August of 2022. Check-in was good, the room was nice. Big enough and clean. I noticed the bathroom exhaust vent was extremely dirty but not a big deal. First morning I went to make coffee and went for a shower. I came back and there was only about a cup in the pot. I checked and the filter basket was full because it had the wrong coffee pot and the lid didn't touch the button on the bottom of the basket. No big deal. I made it work and went to the front counter to get a different coffee pot. I was told one would be brought to the room but none ever was. Friday night, 1:00 am and it started getting noisy in the hallway, people coming and going loudly, partying across the hall. Finally at 2am I called the front desk and the noise quit 5 minutes later. Until 7am the next morning when the partiers started leaving, loudly. I do require more than 5 hours sleep so this was annoying. Saturday night, 1:00 am I wake up to the sound of a young child running up and down the hallway squealing with delight, 5 minutes later and adult running after the child playfully chasing him yelling too. At 2:00 am it gets really loud, must have been 10 people in the hallway laughing, joking, yelling. I've had enough and open the door and yell at them to stop making noise as some of us are sleeping. The noise quits. 3:00 am, there's a knock on our door. I ignored it but I'm thinking it was somebody from the front desk. When I go to a hotel I expect to be able to sleep reasonably well, maybe a bit of noise but I've never had a room that was this loud. EVER.

Like the style of this hotel, the twin room is a suite, the room and bathroom are very large, this is the most satisfactory, clean, good location, some monotony for breakfast

Excellent service from the staff, very clean and comfortable room. The staff at this hotel were very accommodating from making the reservations to checking in and out. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! This is the second time I've stayed here for Christmas for ten nights, in order to visit my son as a Divorced Dad from the UK. I went for the suite this year as my son is 8 years old and we needed the space to play! The suite was perfect, beautiful corner bath and lots of space. Despite being very happy with the room, it's not the rooms that makes this hotel such a pleasure to stay in, IT'S THE STAFF!
