Disappointed with our stay here, which was supposed to be a Valentine’s getaway. We were given a room in another building over the road in a basement. It was very dark and dingy with no view and a constant generator noise. We were told there were no other rooms available. It was also very cold in the basement and we called reception who came over and told us to give it time to heat up. After about an hour it was still cold so they gave us a fan heater. I think it’s reasonable to expect them to heat up the room prior to guests arriving if they know it’s colder in the basement. I’d just come out of hospital the day before and this was supposed to be a treat. The room was tiny too and the TV is situated on a wall where it can only be seen on one side of the bed. The building is nice to look at and the bathroom was a decent size but overall disappointed.

This time I stayed with my friends. The hotel lobby is 100% beautiful, and the staff are very wired. When they saw us carrying so much luggage, they came to help immediately. But maybe the hotel has a certain history, so the room facilities are relatively dusty, and the mattress is very hard. I live in a suite, the toilet is very big, but the decoration is not so modern.

Did not eat breakfast, there are many benefits next door, there is a hotel's own restaurant Holmes Restaurant on the first floor, we went to the lobby several times from the restaurant, reception will say welcome back, it feels good. There is a fire on the first floor

The location is really good, Baker Street subway station is 5 minutes walk from the station. The hotel room is small and cannot be opened with two large boxes. Breakfast is not rich but the taste is ok. The internet speed is very fast and the toiletries are ok.

Stayed with my family for a week and was great… My daughter love the hotel and my son a swell Breakfast was delicious and had variety of croissants and jams The receptionist Marsida and Jade where great with customer service and smiley at all times thank you Marble Arch team

The reception and lobby operate like a train station,lots of people arriving and leaving arround the clock.the lobby is small and crowded, so you can not simply sitting and enjoying the bar. Breakfast buffee is somewhat less crowded and there's fine verity of food. We got a suite on the 4th floor,a fine large room, with lots of furniture,but the storage places for clothes almost non existing. It is as if the closet,open one , is only planed for buissnessmen,who hang their suits! Not enough light above the mirror for a woman, to put some makeup. Bathroom good size but the door is not closing easily. The taxi/bolt sevice is awful.we had to wait for a cab 15 to 20 minutes, mayby the location is problematic, and walking to the nearest tube swiss cotage, took ne 12 minutes. The staff was very nice and helpfull!

Room was clean and good. Lots of storage spaces for your stuff. Staff were really nice and humble. And location was really convenient and very close to Paddington station. The only downsides were room service and breakfast. We stayed there for 3 nights and they didn't even clean the room once, even after requesting them to. Instead they gave us bin bag to empty our own garbage bin which felt really weird. The breakfast was sooooo bad. We mostly had breakfasts outside even though we paid for breakfast (included with room booking). I felt they can improve the breakfast for the price we are paying. Even the cheapest hotels have proper English breakfast.

Traveled down to London for the weekend to watch Moulin Rouge Really enjoyed the weekend, the hotel was amazing, very impressed, every member of staff was polite and very welcoming Only thing I can fault was a smell in our bathroom when we arrived back from the theatre (smelled like drains) seemed to go away when the shower was run.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Executive lounge was good, with lots of typical morning choices, clean and well attended by staff. Did not use lounge in the evenings. Very friendly lobby bar with excellent martinis. Had a pizza at the lobby bar one night which was marginal and undercooked. Hotel is in a fair location for shopping and is walkable to Paddington Station. Lots of food choices including a gaggle of Pakistani restraints along Edgware Road, more toward Hyde Park. Overall a nice stay and well worth a return visit.
