Hotels in Bank, London

The hotel is correct but there is an accumulation of small things which make it not good value for money. Wring access card for the room, very slow Internet, have to queue 15minutes minimum to get a table for breakfast and you are told it s busy time so you give one hour come back but still same issue, shower head dismounted in your hands, ..... Staff is nice and kind but the hotel needs maintenance, it s too expensive for the result.

Me and my partner had a great time! Excellent service from the start of our stay and finish. We arrived 1 hour early and asked the reception staff if we could leave our bags, the service was amazing, they don’t only checked us in early, but also upgraded us to the executive suit. The housekeeping staff was very friendly in the morning and the breakfast team was also superb! Every one single staff was brilliant!

I booked a superior room and was disappointed that I did not have a view as the picture you send me of my room had a view and I thought this was the room I was booked into. As a disabled person who is claustrophobic I found the shower room challenging. I also did not understand why the beds were so close together as there was plenty room in the room to have a space between them in order that you could get in and out with ease. I only used the restaurant once for breakfast and was not satisfied with the welcome or attitude of the person who seated me. I was not welcomed with a good morning. I was not asked if I had eaten there before and was simply told it is self service and although it is obvious that I have a walking disability I was not offered any help. She was not a fat lady but was stouter than the other staff and had long black hair. I could not see her badge clearly but I think her name was something like Luba. There was a good choice of food but plenty other places round about who are much cheaper..

Hotel was nice room was a little over looked by neighbouring buildings but room was spacious hotel in good location st Paul’s cathedral right outside door. Easy walk to South bank and Tower of London .Breakfast plenty of options but a little lukewarm but it was buffet .. pool and spa nice but busy and noisy can’t comment on bar or restaurant as did not use overall a nice stay would stay again

We have stayed in this hotel for around 10 days with two rooms. We pick this hotel because of the location, we could reach the liverpool station and go travelling with most of the rail lines. However, the room is too small. Obviously we overlooked the pictures of the room. Basically we step in the room and the bed is on the left side toilet in the front. We go to the receiption and see if we could pay to upgrade our room. The receiption is really helpful. He calls the manager and asked immediately and did as much as he could. Eventually we could upgrade one of our room but not the other one. If you are on budget, it could be suitable choice. I am definitely not going back to it if I am going to UK next time. It's just too small of a room, and not a good choice if you are looking for a memorable experience going to london for family trip.

Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderfully attentive staff. We booked this hotel at the last minute (arrived less than an hour after booking because our previous hotel was not what we would expect it to be,) and we were immediately relieved upon entering the Westin. It smells like a spa, the staff welcomed our tired family with juice, and after checking in, Krishna (the front desk manager at the time) provided our children with teddy bears and passport books for them to collect stamps from staff throughout the hotel. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming arrival. The next morning we were attended to by Neal in the hotel restaurant for breakfast, and he was very kind and considerate as well. The location of the hotel is by St. Paul’s Cathedral and plenty of pubs and eateries. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness, and safety of the hotel.

Although the hotel breakfast is made to order, it is of higher quality than the buffet. But the food is delicious, all Western-style, and there are quite a few choices. Of course it is not suitable for those who are not good at English. The location of the hotel is also convenient. It is suitable for people who are familiar with the area. All major attractions are within walking distance.

Amazing hotel, wonderful service and spectacular views of tower bridge and the Tower of London. Spent half of our stay staring out the window in awe. The corridors are a Bit like a rabbit warren but when you get to the suites - wow! We were blown away. Incredibly clean (and I have very high standards) - it was like we were the first guests to stay! You can feel the underground slightly but not enough to disturb our sleep or our stay. Great location and incredibly friendly staff that upgraded us -Thank you So much! Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend A++++

Very nice room, historical charm, clean and sanitary, and the service is also very good. Surrounded by old neighborhoods and the old financial city, it is convenient for eating, drinking and having fun, and is very close to the subway station.

This was my second stay at the Club Quarters St Pauls. The hotel is incredibly located in the central City of London just adjacent to St Paul’s Cathedral. The hop on hop off tourist bus stops right outside the main door. Other bus stops taking you to Waterloo or Trafalgar Square or Liverpool Street are within a block or two and the City Thameslink station connecting to Gatwick is only two blocks away. Right next door is an M&S grocery store. Loads of restaurants from chains like Pizza Express or Rouge to higher end Ivy Asia, Burgers and Lobsters to cute pubs are all within a couple of blocks as is the St Paul’s tube station. Location, location, location. I stayed with my young daughter in an executive one bedroom suite on the top floor facing the back courtyard with a lovely view id the spirw of St Martins Ludgate. Nice, clean, quiet, spacious with good AC, two TVs and a kitchenettte with fridge, microwave and basic cutlery. We bought snacks, breakfast items and takeaway from M&S next door and so could eat some meals in. While the hotel is geared towards business travelers, I found it very convenient for a stay with a child. There are filtered water stations on every floor, tea , coffee and milk supplies in the room as well as 24/7 in the pleasant lobby. I love staying in this part of town as it is less frenetic than the West End but so close by. In the evenings when the city workers depart and the weekends, it is quite uncrowded yet still many places are open. Millenium Bridge is a stone’s throw away and we were able to take a pleasant stroll over to the Tate Modern on the other side of the riverbank. Lobby staff were pleasant and efficient. Hotel has a luggage storage service which was incredibly helpful as we traveled to the suburbs at the weekend to visit friends and would not have been able to manage all our international luggage. My only critique really is that the room did not have a safe. The hotel restaurant Cote is quite good.
