The hotel is in a perfect location for a West End break although it is very noisy at night. Staff are friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable but overall the room was ‘tired’. I was in a superior double and the bedroom had no working plug sockets. The window didn’t open. The shower tray was slippery and filled with water - very slow to drain. The living area was well appointed but I couldn’t reach the hangers in the corner wardrobe. Earl Grey and Green teas were a nice change from the usual builders tea. I hope this room is one of the ones scheduled to be refurbished.

Nice hotel, well located for Kings Cross and the tube to other attractions from Russel Sq station. The hotel is clean and the facilities are adequate for a short trip. We found the room to be hot in early July with a lack of air conditioning in our room. The window did open for some ventilation.

It was a short stay so we did not really use their facilities. The location was great as it was in between two tube stations and had a lot of stores nearby. I would recommend it to travelers who are looking for a short stay and a convenient location for their trip. Staff were professional and friendly, also very informative as we asked for locations, assistance in making further travel arrangements.

Arran house hotel was excellent! It’s conveniently located near top tourist attractions, making it a great base for exploring. They have a luggage storage area, which was very helpful, and even assisted us in booking a taxi to our next stop. A special shoutout to the staff for retrieving my lost AirPods after I checked out—they went above and beyond to ensure I got them back safely. Highly recommend this place!

Great hotel in Central London, close to Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus among others, at an affordable price. As a solo traveler, the Economy Single Room met my needs for one night and was clean and modern. Continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.

Very modern and clean hotel, fairly spacious room. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was of a very good quality. I asked for a quiet room - I could hear water flowing through the pipes in the wall (quite subtle) but it stopped before midnight and was fairly quiet through the night. Overall I was quite happy with my stay!

Check in as early as possible, otherwise you will be assigned to a basement room. The wireless signal is not good, the window cannot be opened, and there is no air conditioning, which is stuffy. If you are not satisfied, you can ask to change rooms before 8 am the next day. The staff is quite friendly. Breakfast is fixed every day, including bread, cheese, sausage slices, boiled eggs, canned fruits and cereals, coffee, milk, juice, instant coffee and hot chocolate, etc.

High standards of welcome and staff always friendly and professional. Art deco architecture in the centre of London quiet at night. Room bed shower WiFi all good. We are planning to return. Metro and Euston station short walk. Thanks for a delightful experience.

후기가 없어서 걱정됐지만 생각보다 좋았습니다. 싱글룸은 대형캐리어 하나를 펼치면 가득 찹니다만, 혼자 사용하고 가격대비 괜찮다고 생각합니다. 모든 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 엘리베이터는 없지만 방까지 짐을 올려다주고 내려줍니다. english breakfast 조식도 맛있고요. 다만 여성인 경우 개인 헤어드라이어를 지참하는 게 좋겠습니다. 퇴실할 때 말하니 아직 오픈한지 3주 째라 많은 점을 개선 중이라 했으니 나중에는 있을 수도 있겠네요. 소음은 없고 거리 주변 치안도 좋았어요. underground랑도 걸어서 10분 내외로 갑니다. 가성비 좋은 영국식 숙소 찾으면 추천해요.

Welcoming staff, staffs at reception, restaurant and also cleaning staffs are nice and professional. Quick response when our toilet blocked. We were staying at the junior suite, quiet even the room is by the street, good sound proof. Enjoy the sunlight shining into the room in the morning. Shower is strong, having good and relaxing shower. Air con in the room kept us at a good temperature despite the weather outside. Breakfast provided were excellent, we looked forward to the breakfast every morning even on our third day staying at the hotel. Nice neighbourhood with a few supermarkets around, a gym across the street with a good price for 1 day pass. Lots of restaurants around range from western food to Asian food. Highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel near Euston station for trains to other cities in the UK.
