The Dilly was probably amazing in the 1980's and 1990's but not much has been updated since then! We stayed in a Dilly Classic room which was perfectly fine, a good size, clean with strong Wifi. The shower was powerful and there was plenty of hot water. I know some people on this site weren't impressed by the breakfast but I thought it was great. Obviously, the location is fabulous. However, I didn't feel the room was up to five-star standard. The coffee was instant and the milk small UHT cartons. There was no fridge or mini-bar (though we were in the 'cheapest' room so may be different elsewhere). The toiletries were cheap and basic (so bring your own), there was no plug by the bed to charge devices overnight and no Blu-tooth speaker which seems to be a given now in higher-end hotels. The style of the room itself was quite dated including the landline next to the toilet which I'm sure was incredibly cool in 1986 :) Overall, if this was a three-or-four-star hotel I'd give it full marks, but as it's a five-star, (and more importantly charging five-star prices), it's lacking in some areas. I believe the hotel is currently 'between owners' which makes sense, as I guess the current owners don't want to invest and are ticking along until the new ones take over. It's not dreadful by any means, but they charge a lot for what you get.

We had an special stay at the Mayfair London! the room is very clean and comfortable. Particularly everyone so very welcoming - especially Kellen the housekeeping department manager! She checked on us almost everyday to make sure we are satisfied, comfortable and have everything we need! The excellent customer service offered by Kellen went above and beyond, it was way above our expectations! We will definitely return & stay here again!

Hilton Park Lane London: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Park Lane in London, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This luxurious hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made the check-in process a breeze. They were knowledgeable, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. The level of professionalism displayed by the staff was truly commendable. The rooms at the Hilton Park Lane were nothing short of magnificent. Spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night of my stay. The room also offered stunning views of Hyde Park, which was an added bonus. The hotel's dining options were superb. I had the pleasure of dining at one of the on-site restaurants, and the food was absolutely delicious. The menu featured a wide range of culinary delights, and the service was impeccable. Whether you're in the mood for a casual meal or a fine dining experience, the Hilton Park Lane has something to suit every palate. The hotel's location is another major advantage. Situated right on Park Lane, it offers easy access to some of London's most iconic attractions. Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, and Oxford Street are all within walking distance, making it an ideal choice for tourists. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near several public transportation options, making it easy to explore the city. The Hilton Park Lane also boasts excellent leisure facilities. The staff mainly Jake and Ellen were fabulous!! Jake was so so helpful with everything! As well as Joseph, Vy, Jasmine, loris and shiam. The bar staff was excellent as well and the waitress at breakfast and my waiter at dinner in the restaurant were just excellent!! The housekeeping staff was fabulous as well !! Just a great time I felt safe and welcome!!

I have stayed at 44 Curzon in the past and return because of its great location and the generous size of the units which also allow for one to prepare meals in the mini-kitchen if one wishes. Still the case, and it is very comfortable and homey, but just a little more attention to maintenance and cleaning would make it so much better. As would a better entrance door access system or alternatively a 24-hour presence at the front desk. The unit I stayed in had a number of minor issues (shower that could not always be turned off on the first few tries, bedside electrical outlet broken, toilet paper holder falling off wall, bathroom drains very slow to drain etc) all of which could be fixed with a little repair/maintenance. The room was adequately clean but I was a little surprised how minimal the housekeeping was this stay; towels were replaced every day and the bathroom cleaned, but it was up to me if I wanted any cleaning or tidying done in the kitchen. (I thought on previous stays there had been a tidy-up of any dirty dishes and a wipe-down of the counter and sink, but not this time.) The carpet in the lounge of the unit was quite stained and the main stair carpets were extremely worn and look like they need replacement. The kitchen had everything one needs to prepare meals and all appliances were in good working order although there did not seem to be any instructions provided for the combined microwave.convection over. There was a very small freezer in the fridge which was nice, but unfortunately no ice cube tray provided. Check in was not till 4pm and checkout quite early at 10am. Access to the properly (main door) via key card or the Direct Key app continues to be problematic. My key deactivated extremely easily and while the app generally seemed to work, sometimes it was a bit slow or had to be opened and closed before it would work. A more reliable form of access really would be a plus--or, if the front desk was manned at all times, not just a certain hours. Otherwise it does make one a bit anxious, especially when returning to the hotel late at night. The three front desk staff members I dealt with were all extremely pleasant and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They provided great assistance when asked for or about anything, and also volunteered some really great suggestions (e.g. about theater tickets). I was disappointed that my request for a unit on a lower floor couldn't be accommodated. I had first asked for this when booking (and paying in advance) for the room last fall, and sent two follow-up messages within a couple of weeks of my arrival (via the website and directly). On arriving I was given a room on the 4th floor and told there was nothing lower. My request had definitely been received and recorded, didn't get any reason why it couldn't be accommodated. There is an elevator but it is a bit creaky and goes out of service when users forget to close the door after getting out of

Nothing to say, the location service is superb. Absolutely A spot, the only drawback is that there are fewer places to eat around. But it is walking distance from Buckingham Palace Hyde Park.

The location is good, the staff are very helpful and the hotel is well designed. However, the room is relatively small, the air conditioner will make a lot of noise when it is turned on, the hot water supply in the bathroom is extremely unstable at night, and the sound of dripping water from the bathroom shower at night affects sleep, it is recommended to replace it. Breakfast is only served in cold cuts, and hot food costs extra. Should not stay again.

Amazing experience What really seperated this hotel from others I have stayed at is the staff and level of attention they provided. Their concierge are on point! I highly recommend this property and if you do decide to stay make sure you connect with Mark the concierge as he treats every guest as an ultra VIP

The location is very close to the delicious burger&lobster. It is not too far to Fonnan Mason. There is also a Martha nearby. The front desk uncle is very good at helping me print things until the print is correct and I will confiscate my money. The room can be opened with a small suitcase, but there is a full-length mirror.

This time I came to London to go through formalities. The location of this hotel is very good. The breakfast quality is good, but there is nothing new about those things. The common problem in Europe is that the room is small and the hygiene is good. The service provided by the staff is also very good
