Overall a nice hostel for solo travelers to seek for a place to have a nice rest during their journey. The room is clean and quiet and lockers are provided for free for us to store our belongings. The common kitchen is opened for 24 hours and the environment inside is pretty nice. Worth for a try if you are traveling to London and searching for a place to rest!
From Heathrow Airport to Russell Square station, the hotel is close to Russell Square station. So it is quite convenient. But from the train to the exit of Russell Square station you need to carry your luggage upstairs yourself for a little bit
Forget what you have heard about Brittania Hotels, the Hampstead is fantastic, clean and friendly. Always a pleasure to stay here. Staff are brilliant, bar area is 5-stars. Easy to walk into Camden Town in just 5-minutes and just a short step from Chalk Farm Tube. 10/10

Great hotel in Central London, close to Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus among others, at an affordable price. As a solo traveler, the Economy Single Room met my needs for one night and was clean and modern. Continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.
Arran house hotel was excellent! It’s conveniently located near top tourist attractions, making it a great base for exploring. They have a luggage storage area, which was very helpful, and even assisted us in booking a taxi to our next stop. A special shoutout to the staff for retrieving my lost AirPods after I checked out—they went above and beyond to ensure I got them back safely. Highly recommend this place!
Hotel location is good, very close to the subway, it is a very cost-effective location. The breakfast was very good and delicious, with a family atmosphere. One person is not a buffet. The facilities are too old, the sound insulation is poor, the floor creaks and the carpet is dirty. Overall is OK. There are Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury and Tesco Convenience Stores nearby.
The hotel is in a perfect location for a West End break although it is very noisy at night. Staff are friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable but overall the room was ‘tired’. I was in a superior double and the bedroom had no working plug sockets. The window didn’t open. The shower tray was slippery and filled with water - very slow to drain. The living area was well appointed but I couldn’t reach the hangers in the corner wardrobe. Earl Grey and Green teas were a nice change from the usual builders tea. I hope this room is one of the ones scheduled to be refurbished.
Overall good hotel. Very convenient as location - just accross Euston Station, close to St Pancrass and British Museum, easy to walk to downtown. Nice Victorian building (but some amenities look like being in place since that era, without update!). Confortable beds. Quick check-in during night time. Hotel keeps bags after checkout for free, allowing walk in the city without carrying them. Not checked breakfast as price requested was high. Negative points: staff shall improve their service; very hot room at arrival, high temperature set in the room 26C, with aircon not being able to lower it to offer pleasant sleep - we kept window open for some time and turned off aircon to be sure room does not become an oven; lack of ventilation in the bath, which stays warm and humid for long time... Only one towel in the bathroom at arrival, for 3 guests, and more than half hour waiting to get additional 2 (and this was a late checkin, kids waiting to shower before going to bed). The sofa not prepared for sleeping in spite of booking for 3 persons (double bed plus sofa), another wait of 30 min to have room prepared by the receptionist (it seams they have to technical staff overnight, or room service, if something happens and you need support - and this was not a private house taking guests but a hotel part of an important international chain!). Rooms not sufficient soundproof, at least you hear everything on the corridor and the noise of machinery outaide building. Feeling of rusty and worn out interior, at least room wals, doors need some fresh paint and update... to be in line with expectation from a hotel belonging to Hilton chain. Overal pleasant stay, still with the feeling of overprice for the service received.

The staff were lovely and helpful with our check-in process, the room was fairly clean and comfortable, great for solo or duo travellers who are seeking for a place to stay overnight.
However, there are no lifts in the hotel, so guests have to carry their luggage upstairs. Families should be aware of this minor inconvenience. It gets a bit noisy at night too as the hotel is besides a construction site and the train station.
Overall, we’re really pleased with our stay.

Great
SSiyingHotel is very conveniently located between King Cross and Euston Station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful! But the room is abit dated. The bed is joined together with 2 single. And so my husband side of bed was rather ok (firm enough), while mine was so soft that I feel sunken in 😅
The shampoo/soap dispenser was not properly screw in too. We got to fix it abit before we can finally pump some soap out.

CcecilezxefThe actual room is slightly smaller than the picture, and the two people live in a compact room. In addition, the internal environment is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the reception staff are warm and friendly. Equipped with elevator and laundry room, very friendly to tourists who need to wash clothes. The location is excellent, six or seven minutes walk from the British Museum, there are many restaurants around, there is a 24-hour supermarket, the subway station is just around the corner downstairs, very convenient. In addition, because it is located in the downtown area and facing the street, there will be noise at night, depending on the degree of personal acceptance.
GGuest UserLcation is ok, about 10mins walk to the nearest Farrington underground station. Convenient store is just across the road from the hotel, which is very helpful should you need some last minute stuff. Frontdesk staff was very helpful. However, when trying to call from your room phone, usually takes a few attempts before someone answer the call. As my booking is for 2 adults and 1 child, each day the room service will only replace 2 bath towels, even after few attempts informing we need 3 towels. Each day the room service is just to tidy up the room, some trash were left in the room, bottled water will not be replaced if your current bottle still have water in there. For future London trip, will definitely look for other alternatives.
DDezi_DezThis was a very nice hotel! The breakfast had many good options of all different types of food. The room was a great size and was very well maintained. The staff was very friendly. The first night of check in, our tv was not working properly and the manager came right away to fix it! We booked a room with club access, however during check in the clerk upgraded our room which ended up taking away our club access however, the manager was able to fix the booking and restored our club access. I think the club could be expanded more as there was not a lot of room and also the beverage options could be upgraded. The hotel was not too far away from the subway lines so we were able to walk and explore London. I thought it was a great stay.
GGuest UserThe first hotel in London, very cost-effective.
Facilities: hair dryer, air conditioning, toiletries are available, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers need to be prepared by yourself
Hygiene: the room is cleaned every 2 days, and you can tell the front desk if the towels need to be changed every day
Environment: 2 minutes from the subway station, very convenient, there are many places to eat around, there are supermarkets, and there are coffee shops on the corners. It's a great place to buy something and have breakfast!
Service: Luggage storage cannot be overnight, a bit regrettable
88285SueHThis was our second night at this hotel as we had enjoyed our visit so much we stayed longer than originally planned. All was good, as previously reviewed, except that on this occasion we had little sleep due to constant noise from outside the hotel which went on until it was almost morning. It was a Friday night though, so probably to be expected given the hotel’s location. We should have taken earplugs! We would certainly stay here again, but maybe not at the weekend.
GGuest UserWe had such an outstanding stay here for my birthday. Our experience started at reception the staff were so helpful, we arrived early before the check in time, this wasn’t an issue and were shown to an upgraded room.
This hotel has so much history and wonderful architecture it’s a must to visit especially if you also like trains. We can’t wait to return for our next visit. Thank you for such a memorable time.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel room is very average, maybe it's the room type I booked. I feel the location is better. If I want to go to the British Museum, it will be more convenient, but I didn't have any related itinerary that day. I had to go to King's Cross to take a bus. I feel that the living environment is not very OK, and the itinerary is not so convenient for me
BBoat666It's really a nice hotel, the room is clean and quiet. And location is good.Christina at the front desk had a very good service attitude, which made me feel very friendly.
I will visit again and recommend my friend to book this hotel.
