Central location. Walked to parks, theatre & train stations. The outside & entrance are still looking like a building site. The entrance and reception area are small considering how many peoples the building can accomodate. The receptionist is friendly & helpful though. Once entering the lift & living area which are clean and mordern. Felt a bit dark in the common cocoon area- may be few pictures in the wall will give this place some characteristics. If the company can create a common mingle area, which will be appreciated as it has quite international feel in the cocoon area.
The shower area is a bit like the shower block when I go camping and caravanning. Clean and modern, but the shower head is terrible and splashing water everywhere- even in the suppose to be dry area! ( may be the face downward shower heads will be more suitable for that small area.). In general, I am happy with my one night stay with a small rucksack L. Value for money.

Expensive but worth the money
Very unique in every aspect
I intended to stay here four days and ended up staying here a whole month
The breakfast is remarkable. Unbelievably good smoked fish for breakfast. Chia seeds, etc..
The restaurant is very sophisticated and for example, doesn’t serve desserts not to tempt you with calories if you want desserts you have to go to the first floor café. Very clever.
The bar is very lively
Extremely interesting guest many from overseas
I’m from Hawaii. I know hotels.
This one is really an experience and it is one block from the river Thames
It’s really feels like a five star hotel
The hotel is well located in a nice neighborhood, and the staff is polite, but nothing special.
The room is clean, although cramped.
On the other hand, the air conditioning didn't work. The bathroom lock was broken, and the shower head wasn't strong.
But the worst part was the location of the room, which overlooks the train tracks. It was very noisy.
We still stayed three nights.
Unfortunately, we do not recommend this hotel and will never return because we paid a lot for the services we expected and the inconveniences we experienced.

My room was on the ground floor and you could hear all the trains coming into Paddington station. You can even feel it.
In the morning randomly the fire alarm started and stopped 2 times. So haven't had the most comfortable sleep.
The room was newly renovated and appeared as advertised in photos. Everything was new and tastefully decorated. Room was compact but had ample storage space. Hotel does not have a gym and staff at reception could be a little more friendly. Great location right next to Hyde Park and plenty of eateries around Bayswater.
Amazing stay in a beautiful building. Take the time to go from the breakfast room and go left, just past the lifts and look up. The ceilings are such a surprise!
We loved the fact that we could walk 50 steps and be in Hyde Park. It was a really well situated hotel, on the central line, with the road next to us full of food venues
The breakfasts were kept very well stocked, with a great range of foods available.
Air con wasn't working properly and the room was absolutely stifling hot!!! We were provided with a fan... which helped... but only a little. Who wants to hear a fan blowing all night??
I have NEVER been so uncomfortable in a hotel room.. ever!! We stayed for 3 nights. The room temperature was 30 to 31 degrees.... each night. That is unacceptable and I will say that this spoiled our stay in London. If you are considering this hotel, then confirm with them that there is proper air con. In my opinion this is basic stuff - Message to the Hotel Owners, sort this out!
We are very disappointed with the check-in experience during our recent stay. Unfortunately, the reception staff were far from welcoming, displaying visibly annoyed expressions throughout the process, which made our arrival uncomfortable.
Earlier in the day, we arrived to store our luggage and were informed by the receptionist that we could complete the check-in process then. We were assured that when we returned in the evening, we would simply need to mention our names, and the room keys would be ready. However, upon returning at 11 PM, the receptionist asked for our passports again and began the check-in process from scratch.
Despite our attempts to explain that we had already completed the process, he didn’t listen and abruptly asked, ”Do you know your room number?”
To add to this, when another guest arrived behind us, the receptionist chose to prioritize that guest instead, asking us to wait. He mentioned that the card system was down but seemed dismissive of our situation. We had booked two rooms under different names, and he insisted on checking in one room at a time, further delaying the process. While checking in the second room, he couldn’t find the guest name and kept asking for it, despite holding the passport with the correct information.
Additionally, the signature warm cookies that DoubleTree is known for were not provided to us at check-in. We only received them when we asked during check-out, which was disappointing given that it’s a hallmark of the brand.
This experience was frustrating and fell well below the standards we expected from DoubleTree. We hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the guest experience, especially at check-in.

So the hotel is in a great location, super close to Paddington and Edgware Road stations. Reception staff were lovely. Signage is poor as the hotel is actually made up of several different buildings and former hotels/guest houses.
I have stayed here before as its cheap and cheerful. They have refurbed the bathrooms but the rooms are very old fashioned. Bedding is very old. Under the beds had not been hoovered or checked (see picture, we found a pair of used knickers and a condom wrapper).
The bathroom although lovely had a limited amount of hot water. Not even enough for me me person to a shower with a warm shower let alone three. The room was advertised as three single beds but when we got there it was a double and a single. Overall you do get what you pay for and I can cope with tired/old as it wasnt a luxury trip or special occasion however they need to absolutely work on cleanliness.
The carpets and curtains smelt of smoke and cigarettes.

Reception and the concierge were lovely, super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, shower had great water pressure. Only thing was there were no plug sockets near the mirror, so styling hair was difficult. The bathing pool was good and we enjoyed using it. The breakfast was tasty, however there was confusion with staff as when coming back to our table another family had been placed there despite us placing orders at that table before heading to the buffet. Luckily this was sorted quickly, but did seem a little disorganised. However, overall we had a lovely stay and staff were great.

GGuest UserAmazing front desk and housekeeping team! There’s a lady from Bangladesh who has big smiles and very helpful when we have late lunch at the lobby restaurant. One thing that I don’t really like is that there’s a scaffolding wrapping around the entire hotel and they started the drilling and pounding work at 9 am sharp.
LLiamSimmonsStaff at The Waldorf are incredibly attentive to any / all needs.
I asked for a later checkout and plates for food early in the morning after a night out and they accommodated that for us.
The hotel is placed in a prime location, just a stones throw from Covent Garden and about 28-30 minutes walk from Regent Street. The hotel is only accessible by key card after hours; to ensure guest safety.
Amenities in the room included an iron and board, kettle, drinking glasses and coffee / tea cups. The shower had fixed shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers.
The mini bar was fairly priced for central London, but hadn't been cleaned (hence the slightly lower score on cleanliness).
The air conditioning dried my throat out throughout the night, but turns off automatically if the window is open, so had to deal with that / just had water next to the bed throughout the night.
The downstairs bar had a great atmosphere and boasts a large menu. Great for a late nightcap.
Overall the experience was great. Our Queen room cost £179.00 for the night (excluding breakfast). I was offered two forms of upgrades. A larger Queen Room with breakfast included was only an extra £40.00, and a Kings Suite with access to the executive lounge and breakfast was £80.00 extra.
HHeynaSuperb location just in front of hyde park/kesington garden, and just a few minutes walking to the tube station queensway/bayswater, the room is a bit small but it was clean and had all the basic amenities, lovely staff very helpful, will definitely be back again ☺️
OOk chaeI went to London with my daughter for a short break. I booked at last minute for one night at this hotel which is great choice for location, room size & condition and customer service. We didn’t have breakfast so no comment on food. I wish we could stayed longer but the next day was fully booked. Would recommend this hotel to anyone to visit London.
GGuest UserMy wife and I had a stay at Mimis recently, and overall, we enjoyed it and would stay there again. However, I suggest doing some research beforehand, as the rooms are quite tiny. Even though we were aware of this before arriving, we were still a bit surprised by just how small they were. Despite this, it didn't negatively impact our experience or spoil our stay. The room and bathroom was nicely decorated.
I only have a few minor observations rather than complaints. Upon check-in, we requested a late check-out, but the person at the reception seemed a bit abrupt, as he did with an older couple in front of us who had questions about their room location in the annex and that they hoped to stay in the main building. The pillows provided were not very supportive, as they deflated to almost nothing. If we had stayed for more than one night and asked for extra pillows, they would have been accommodating.
Regarding breakfast, we inquired about the options available and were informed that they offered coffee and pastries. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide hot food, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have the choice of continental-style breakfast with cold meats and other items; we would have been willing to pay for it as we only wanted somthing light.
Despite these very small things, they did not affect our overall enjoyment of the stay. We still had a pleasant time, and we are looking forward to returning to Mimis in the future. Location is great!
雷雷登谢灵运The location is very convenient, I always walk to the store and walk to Harold. The hotel room is a typical not-so-large room in London, but the magnificent room I live in is almost the same.
GGuest UserPlace was worth it for the money.
If you decide include breakfast for stay asked them English Breakfast they will give you hot food other than just breads!
Nice location to access almost every spot to overlook, restaurant cause its locate on Paddington Station and place is near small park to jogging.
郑郑Hotel location is OK, but check in another place, did not say in the Ctrip order, went very far at night, feeling very bad. The room is like a youth hostel room, on the third floor, there is no elevator, the suitcase is very tired. Sound insulation is not good. The shower is not good, it can only be a battle bath, it will not be fixed.
JJefferyxia1220This hotel is a pit in the whole trip. It is located at the place where you stay. The front desk is across the road. I don’t say it back and forth. The room I assigned climbed a crowded stairs.
