The room had a funky smell. The curtains need changing. The chair in the room was full of stains and was cracking loads. Apart from that Check in was super slow. The lady took ages to get us registered and so it was with everyone, which meant a long queue for our turn.

A very nice hotel in a fairly central area of London. It is a 15 - 20 minute walk to a tube line or to an overground station, but there are regular buses very close by. Quite spacious rooms. Not cheap, but nothing is in London, and the room was very nice.

Problem finding staff for early check in. Not enough towels for 2 people. Room was clean but smelt rather damp and left an odor on my clothes. Shower was powerful enough shower head awkward to use in the bath. The extractor didnt work but the aircon in room soon demisted the mirrors and un- openable window. Very underwhelming and disappointing compared to previous premiere inn experiences.

The reception team was nice and helpful - making check in process easy and fast. The room, bathroom and bed - nice and clean ( big thank you for the housekeeping team ). Bed was very comfortable to sleep. Ac working nicely. Enjoyed my stayed very much.

I arrived by car and this is easily found on the Wandsworth Road. Parking isn't great; you have to take your chances with on-street parking on nearby streets. Fortunately, restrictions are not enforced overnight on these, but make sure you are back with your vehicle at 9.30am. The hotel was okay, but the reception staff were more interested in speaking to themselves than greeting me. My room was clean and in line with expectations. Breakfast was really good, the service staff were friendly and there was a decent choice.

Comfortable bed but cold room and the heating kept making noises all night so didn’t get a great night’s sleep. The doors to my floor were propped open as there were function rooms there so you could walk from the lobby to outside my room without a room key. Not the best for solo travellers like myself. Saw one staff member my whole visit who was hoovering so no one to greet or report issues too. One of the cheapest in London so fine for a night’s roof over your head but not a great experience overall.

My wife and I stayed here for one night, on Thursday 30th January. We had a very comfortable room and a good nights sleep. Breakfast the next day was substantial, served by Imra, 'Front of House', who was welcoming and very efficient at her job. Imra is a credit to the Hotel and truly deserves recognition.
