The property would not accept our booking number or pin number as verification of identity, instead they insisted on a unprotected verification of identity via a easily hackable email system requiring all of our data eerily similar to how scammers insist on transfer of data. THIS ACCOMMODATION SEEMS TO BE A SCAM DO NOT BOOK!!!

Really nice neighbourhood. A bit far from public transport but really nice. The bathroom is shared so is not as clean, but the kitchen is nice and the rooms really clean.

The room was clean, but check-in was troublesome. I had to pay a deposit of 100 pounds, which was said to be refunded upon check-out. However, it was not refunded 10 days after check-out. I contacted Ctrip's customer service, who urged me several times before refunding it.

I felt really nervous after reading the reviews. But the stay was flawless. We were not asked for a £200 deposit on arrival. The rooms and bathroom were perfectly clean. It's a guest house, not a chain hotel. So no, it doesn't have that sterile level of cleanliness. But it is clean. And comfortable. And homely. The host gave me clear instructions on how to use the keypads to access the property and it was simple to do. Perfect location to access the o2, which is why we were in London. We will return if ever needed again with no hesitation.

At first it seemed like a nice place to stay but on opening the door you will be met with dirt and marks all over the house. It looks like it gets cleaned once a month. There was dirty washing left in the washing machine, food left in the oven and on opening the door to our room we were met with a smell of what can only be described as old socks. One of the roughest nights sleeps I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this stay to anyone. Took over an hour of trying to get in contact with the owner to get the code to the door as well. Asked for a £200 deposit on arriving without any notice and they weren’t even ready to receive the payment so we could get in the house. Awful experience

The room provided was okay. The shared bathroom left lot to be desired. The house was busy with other guests constantly. A £200 deposit was taken and only £120 returned after a one night stay. The host alleged damages to the room which was vague and false. When challenged the host neglected to justify or reply. I have a feeling this is a common occurrence. Stay away from this host.
