2 nights £440 we did expect it to be so much better. On arrival we couldn't get from the car park into the hotel as a traffice cone was in place of the lift meaning we had to walk all the way round and up a single vehicle ramp with 2 suite cases. Then at the desk we tell the receptionist of the problem , her reply was oh really... not sure if she understood english to be honest. Anyway we just want our room as we done a 3 hour drive and was meeting my daughter soon, the receptionist tells me i needed to pay.i told her it was all payed on the 13 may, she looked on the computer and told us again no payment had been made. At this time im getting annoyed thinking ive be in some kind of scam. Some 10 minutes go by and im still being told i must pay and now my wife is saying i have made some mistake nowing full well i havent .so i go on line internet banking and bring up the payment have been made on the 13th. Receptionist then goes off for 5 minutes returning with a manager who went through another 5 minutes of faff and at last we can have our room and yes it had been payed. Go to our room which was nice and clean but the main table lamp light not working, not the end of the world so told the wife to get in the shower before me as we need to get a move on, "guess what " she said, there is no hot water ! . You cant be serious, but she was. I tell the maid innthe room few doors down and she called in to check and said i was right and that she would repot it. . Decided to give it half hour in hope it would change as we were pushed for time, so on our way out we went to the receptionist but this time the manager was on the desk, told her of the situation and she said with no hesitation we will have to move you . But everthing was unpacked and we were leaving to meet my daughter so would deal with it later on. This did put a damper on things one we met up at the restaurant and to be honest was thinking of moving to a different hotel.... Anyway the next morning our room had hot water as it should have. The breakfast was good although it should have more that one staff doing everything and more than one coffee machine and cueing took way too long meaning food was getting cold and wouldnt think about getting a refill. We would personally never stay againg or recommend anyone do so neither which is a shame as im a big fan of premier inns..

Cozy cheap and great accessibility to the surrounding places. Would go if you’re on a short budget and wants to be in close to the city centre.

The room is very clean, the surrounding is quiet and safe, and there is a subway station 100 meters away, which can directly reach the city center of Leicester (China Town). The main desk is on the first floor. It is very convenient to call BER when traveling. The price is reasonable and worth staying for business and tourism.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The Archway subway station is just outside. There are many restaurants around. The room is large and very clean. There is no lift in the subway station, which is not very convenient for people like me with heavy luggage.

Great hotel would recommend ! Very friendly staff and easy check in. Facilities good and near to the tube. Also has pool Next door if you want to go for a swim. If you want somewhere to stay in London this is a very good option for you and your family to consider.

We drove down for a 3 day family stay in London, parked on the hotel underground carpark with ease. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Hotel was a stones throw away from the Archway tube station which gave easy access to all the sights. We had a great time visiting London with the kids!

Only one lift working so you have to have a second shave before going out as you are waiting so long! Very frustrating as this is the in only way to get in to reception from the car park. You just stand there watching the floor numbers going up and down but it seems like an eternity before it arrives. I think the poor guy in the wheelchair is still waiting for it. We had to apologise to him as when it eventually arrived, it was going down and not up, even though he pressed the button before we did. Can somebody check and see if he's still there?

Premier Inn was clean & comfortable but the shower wasn’t working & the room smelt of dirty drains!!

Great hotel Excellent service Lovely hotel Very convenient for everything , transport, family, motorway. Could be a bit quicker on reception Room ok but kettle leaked and two single beds very small for teenagers. No one answered for the carpark

Always a lovely stay here we use The Premier inn at Archway a lot. Always very clean and you can guarantee a good night's sleep, lovely beds. Staff are super friendly too. Haven't tried the Thyme restaurant yet but breakfast does look lovely.

Without a shadow of doubt this has been our worst experience of a hotel stay in London! Mismanaged room allocation, a malfunctioning elevator and no room make up despite written request, we have seen it all. Book this place at your peril! We booked for a 14 day long stay and paid their premium room rates in advance, for a no/ low tub shower stall as my wife after double knee replacement surgery has difficulty to access. Since arrival 19th May, no flag registered of special needs even after first room allocation despite promises of “worry not, all sorted”. We went from #719 to #803 and finally to current #804 over a day and a half! Elevator no 1 stopped working even before we arrived and continues to be OOO missing some component. A “premier hotel” with 2 elevators now has 50% availability. Room make up is on request. Fair enough; but despite written request first thing in the morning at 7.45am was ignored. We will be looking for alternatives for our next visit.

Very friendly staff. Very helpfull, polite and professional. The gent at reception made us feel very welcome (didn't catch his name unfortunately) but would recommend. Room was lovely, clean with a decent view. A very nice start to our stay!

I had an enjoyable moments with my family at the period we have stayed in this hotel. We came to this hotel after leaking and mould issues in the property. The team have welcomed us and made my children and I feel that we are in our house. They all were supportive and understood our situation. I thank the team worker in the hotel especially the management for their kindness and being supportive all this time.
