Hotel location is excellent. Lots of shops, restaurants and Paddington station only steps away. Hotel is older property, and it shows...entire place is kind of run down. Rooms are small, but adequate. Wifi is unstable. I was only at the hotel for one overnight stay and the wifi went down multiple times and/or the speed was so slow I had trouble accessing websites. Interestingly enough they tout it as being superfast internet...which it definitely was not during my stay. Service/staff was fine. All the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. Upon check in, I was offered (and accepted) an upgrade to a larger room for only £12, however that room was pretty small, so I can't imagine how much smaller the original room I booked was. Overall, it was a quick and pleasant stay. I would hesitate to book again just due to the Internet issues, but if that isn't as important to someone else, then I would recommend staying here to other guests.

Great location near Hyde Park. The room was cleaned every day and was very comfortable. The room is large enough for one person, but may be small for two people.

The house price is about 100 pounds per day, the box has to be placed on the bed to open the room, the chair has no back, the toilet door must be pushed into the bottom of the table to open the toilet door, the washbasin is small and dirty, there is only one ceiling spotlight, and the air conditioner is dusty and not clean. For heating, I had to wear a down jacket at night and barely slept for 2 hours. The sound insulation was poor and the footsteps were constantly circulating. I didn’t have to think about taking a shower. I stayed one night and fled like a refugee. The minimum score is only 1, if I can give 0, I will give 0.
