The advantage is that the location is very good, the restaurant is also very convenient, and most of the people staying here are British working-class people.

When looking for somewhere to stay in London, one of the first places I looked was the premier inn website. We know we would be well looked after, the rooms are comfy and the breakfast is excellent value for money and the perfect start to the day for a hungry family. London County Hall was one of the best value options for our dates and the location was perfect for us. Literally next door to the London Eye. The kids loved looking for the London Eye wherever we were then they knew where our hotel was. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Always jot down reviews at time but I’m late writing on Trip Advisor. Often stay at this Premier Inn when staying in London. Short walk from Waterloo Station. Great location for sightseeing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good to be able to leave case there to collect later before catching train home.

Had a good stay. Unfortunately My room overlooking courtyard was noisy with deliveries from 6:30am. Yasodara was lovely and helpful at breakfast. Breakfast selection is good. A range of hot and cold. Love the location on south bank, close to Westminster and lots of lovely walks along the river

I have to say this is great hotel and base for a trip to London. It’s cheap ish great location staff very friendly and helpful looked after luggage all day on last day for us. I. The negative side rooms a bit tired food not great but ok . I would stay again and I would recommend.

We stayed for nine nights with breakfasts (9-18 October 2024). It was the perfect location for the London Film Festival. It’s a 5min walk from Royal Festival Hall, Waterloo, a supermarket, a chemist, and numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants. Despite this, the hotel was an oasis of calm! It was quiet and comfortable. The walls and curtains must be very thick! This is a large and busy hotel, but the staff were so good, you’d never know it. Everybody was very friendly, professional, and helpful. It was like being in a small, family-owned / independent hotel. Yasodara on the breakfast team took especially good care of us every day. She was always bright, cheerful, and efficient in the mornings. She just helped create a nice, easy atmosphere for all the guests. The restaurant is very clean and there was a wide selection of breakfast food. It was really good value, especially for the location. I had poached eggs every day (which were freshly cooked to order). In summary, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I look forward to booking another extended stay for next year’s film festival.

We had a wonderful stay here! The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, and everything was impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect for our needs, and we appreciated the great value for such comfortable beds. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it for anyone seeking an affordable yet pleasant stay!

This hotel is perfectly placed. We were going to see a show in the O2, so the river and a Thames Clipper pier being nearby was perfect. We spoke with many staff during our stay and they were all 100% lovely. The rooms were immaculate, great beds equalled great sleep for all five of us. The hotel is lovely and clean, and the food was great.

We love Premier Inns and will continue to stay in them. I feel this hotel needs a review as the staff are being let down by the owners. Fantastic location for exploring the capital and getting to local transport hubs. Also each member of the team working here were really helpful and friendly, but.... The hotel is getting beyond tired. We had a leak in our bathroom that we reported on day one, but was still there on day three as we left. This resulted in minor flooding on the floor of the bathroom, the water was also splashing all over the sink and mirror areas. We let the reception team know about it each day, but nothing apart from a clean-up was done. Also, the wi-fi was hopeless. We were in a Premier Plus room, which is supposed to include access to the Ultimate Wi-Fi, but the connection kept dropping out, almost instantly. The hotel is definitely very tired, but it's such a cash-cow for Whitbread I am sure they will endure the odd bad review. Great staff, great location, not sure about the value for money, especially in the Premier Plus rooms.

This hotel is Location, Location, Location and the price is right...but I had a headache each of the many days I stayed there. After looking with the bonoculars out the little tiny crack of a window provided for fresh air, I noticed the area right below the window was apparently being used as a garbage disposal area. This was seriously concerning as I already suffer from COPD. I mentioned it to the receptionist and was told that Premier Inn does not dispose of their own garbage in that area but keeps it in their own share of the building. The huge building is shared with Marriott, and other companies who apparently are using the area below the Premier Inn guest' windows for their garbage storage and disposal. Surely there must be a group organization for those businesses who share this block of property who can oversee this issue? The room is very small, and there is no way for Uber or other transport to pick up a guest unless the driver is pre-informed to use a call button to get through the barrier. There's a Starbucks located conveniently across the street. The reception personnel were very polite and helpful, but there is no phone in the rooms which I had never experienced before.
