I really like the feeling of the room ~ Retro British style ~ It takes only 7 minutes from this hotel to the visa center to apply for a French visa in London ~ Super convenient ~ I will stay here again when I come to apply for it in the future ~

Pro: Loved this quaint pub/ boutique hotel close to the bus stop. 220 was what we took to the 4.7 star mall. Place had everything that had the flavor of Britain. Totally could have lived there. Vintage as I like it. Leather couches to decor to garden the ambiance was delightful. Small touches like lemon infused water (complimentary) was nice. Room decor was amazing. Loved the peephole in my door. The arches and the wall decor. Most of all the comforter and bed was feather like soft and comforting. I needed a twin that could be set apart not attached to the headboard. There was just that. Room was nice and large. Their brand of lotion, bubble bath, shower gel and shampoo was heavenly smelling. Staff was very friendly. Mae was wonderful. Shower had real nice hot water. Toiletries were real spa quality. They offered purchase but with travel restrictions of 3.7 oz on liquids who can buy them? Cons: Breakfast for €15 was very basic nothing I would be crazy about. I actually loved the very same breakfast at Coffee had zero free refills at the restaurant. Ran cold in the earthen ware cup. Always like warm I like mine real hot. ***No microwave on property for guest access. Ala carte Food was priced high $$$. I would eat else where. Not many sit down restaurants in the walking distance. The sausages with gravy was way too salty for my taste. Overpriced menu. Limited hours of restaurant lounge use. Guests could only access sitting area after 8am till 11 pm. So if you have guests from UK visiting like I did you really have no where to go then your room late night. They lock you out basically. Staff is in a rush for you to leave and don’t want to help you at close. Mae was the only one going out of her way really. She helped with the window in our room and safe deposit. Thank you Mae. Pricey ala carte. We ran €100 for 3 meals & drinks. Not many vegetarian options or salads. Can get cheaper better quality food elsewhere. 2 Chocolates from the mini bar were €8??? We were charged. Coffee in the room caffeinated were two small little containers that made 2 cups. I bought roasted stronger coffee from a supermarket for the days I was there. With no microwave they ran cold if you didn’t drink it fast enough and got thrown in the sink. Water in room not bottled it was from tap. Guess that’s the trend. Being from US I was scared it may give me the runs. Room looks at a college building. Wondered if someone was watching from the eery windows. Place looked abandoned. No view. You could see the street a bit that was nice. 2 windows were not opening so room was getting stuffy. Mae again helped open the middle one two days into our stay. Suggestions: Should give guests access to lobby 24 hours as we are staying there. Have microwave to reheat coffee. Feel as property doesn’t trust you or is borderline way too restrictive. Need to check the room before renting out. Safe deposit had a dead battery. Windows would not open. One did

This hotel has a great location. The food is good, we loved the sunday roast!. perfect service by the very friendly staf. The rooms were spacious but yet a little outdated due to the lack of maintenance. We love it and would defenitly come back. Check out at 11.00 is a nice plus!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Brewers Inn. I stayed for two nights and I found it to be very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend the Brewers Inn to anyone planning to stay in Wandsworth.

Booked online and requested a car parking space. As they are limited, I rang up 5 minutes after booking to clarify and was assured by Will he’d “already sorted it”! This efficiency continued through our check in and entire stay. We chose a large double room. The Queen sized bed was very comfortable, plenty of supplies in the room and controllable heating. This was our first time staying in a pub, (always been nervous about noise) but we slept really well. Would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel for over 15 years. Sleeping on the front elevation doesn't happen it's so noisy. I requested rooms to the rear ( never guaranteed) but were given Rooms 15 & 16. In the roof space at the front....worst for noise. You can book direct and ask if the rear rooms are available otherwise I would avoid. Parking... until 5 months ago (Managers words) you just turned up and parked. Sometimes a little shuffling around so nobody was blocked in. Now you have to book, which in fairness was my fault for not checking all details. However, I did request to park behind a staff car and offer my contract details. Apparently not allowed, although the Managers explanation and execution of her directions were not adhered to as when we came down for our lovely breakfast another car was parked behind the Staff car. Nobody available for comment on check out. So in short, if both parking and sleep are needed contact the hotel direct.
