I asked for cleaning, but for 4 nights and 5 days, they didn't clean, they didn't change towels, they didn't empty the trash, and the service was really zero.

Rubbish hotel. The attitude at the front desk is very bad. There is a **** female front desk who slaps the table with Chinese people!

The room was dirty and the bathroom was full of mould and mildew The smell was over powering and had to use a mask to use the facilities Have approached the staff and they suggested contacting customer relations. Have emailed them several times sent photos of the bathroom and have been told that we did not have a claim by Malik He also tried to fob us off asking for the information several times which he already had We use premier inns regularly when in the UK and on our trip this year frequented at least 5 different locations.

Really friendly staff. Room was lovely sept for the mould in the window. Really easy to find everything and so friendly. Staff in bar and block weren’t the greatest and not that friendly. I know there’s a shortage of food at the moment but there was hardly no hot food out at all at the time we went down.
