Wow, what a great place. Not too loud as it’s in a side street but the staff were amazing. VIJAY, ELIZA and Sainadh were all superb, very helpful printing documents, 20p each, helped me with early check in £30 and very helpful with local infrormation. If you’re going to the embassy it’s a £7 Uber away, perfect location and great place.

thhe room was too small and had an opening on the roof wigh a glass cover, so youhave dayflight in thhe room always. i had to pay for a differnt room

Excellent location, very comfortable bed, stayed at underground level was very quite & private.
Perfect sleep at night with NO Siren sound leak into the room.
Hotel staffs are super friendly especially hotel manager Vijay & Breakfast service man (Indian - Mr.Sinir) **sorry if I remembered his name incorrectly **

Most people who stay here probably want to apply for a US visa. It is indeed very close, and it takes 10 minutes to walk to the embassy. The room is a small windowless basement, but it is OK. Slippers are provided (rare in the UK), but no toiletries. The bad thing is that there is no hot water, I don't know if it is broken.

Very poor, poor hygiene. The room is small. There is a window, but it is very small. It is on the bedside. You have to stand on the bed to look out. I guess there is a window.
