Premier Inn London Tooting

I was only down for one night on business but had an excellent stay. My room was spotlessly clean and very quiet which was a pleasure. It was a pleasure to be greeted with a smile at breakfast. A special thank you to Shacks, Tina and Reena who looked after me and prepared my Vegan breakfast to order. Never underestimate the power of a smile and cheerful welcome in the morning and that's exactly what I got during my stay. Top marks for service from the whole team

I stayed in Tooting Premier Inn before my wedding with my friends and family and also the night of my wedding with my husband. It was a brilliant decision because the hotel was wonderful, great location, nice inside with great amenities but the big plus was definitely the staff. They were generally lovely people but on top of this they went the extra mile in every way! They made us all feel so comfortable, they put lovely treat bags in our rooms, they handmade a card for my husband and I and gave us roses, sparkling water (we don’t drink) and cupcakes and decorated the bed with rose petals! They treated us absolutely spectacularly, we all really appreciate it thank you to Tina, Maria and Shacks!!

Great place to stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is a good location for visiting Central London, being close to Bec and Broadway stations. Tooting is full of things to do in the evening - restaurants, market, pubs, bars.

From the minute we entered reception, Tina was there with the warmest of welcomes. The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, always remembering I had gluten free toast and soya milk for breakfast. Rooms are warm and clean. Housekeeping clean your room at a time you give to them so you are not disturbed. There are lots of restaurants around to choose from. We love the Lahore Karachi and Vermicelli, inside the Tooting Market. Hotel very handy for buses and tube stations. Pubs nearby include the Antelope and Wheatsheaf. I really appreciated the comfort of my room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was pretty and well laid out. The value for money was very good given the proximity of the centre of London. I also enjoyed the copious breakfast and the very friendly staff. I just thought it was a shame not to have a European power adapter available.
