The area is very large. It is the first time I live in such a big house in Chelsea. You should know that Slone Square or Queen's Gate, which are just a stone's throw away, are only about 10 square meters at a similar price.
The house is equipped with heating, washing machine, simple kitchen, TV and wifi which are also very useful. Self-service check-in is provided with a password. It is not recommended to stay on high floors if you have a lot of luggage. The stairs are quite steep and there is no elevator.
