A beautifully presented hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The attention to detail was amazing. Our only issue was that it took two requests for the television to be looked at.

The room is really small
The hotel is in a great location, you can walk everywhere, very convenient
But they deducted 3 fees for no apparent reason, I don't know what they were, and they deducted 3 fees, this is unacceptable

Excellent location in Soho. Hotel with a personality. I loved the decor. Beautiful smell throughout (jasmin) they even gave a sample in the room. Comfy bed and lovely bedding. Fresh madeleines in the room (glad I didn't resist the temptation, they were delicious). Cocktail bar on too floor is a must visit. Excellent breakfast too.

Its a lovely boutique hotel, really nicely designed and full of style. The rooms are on the small side but well equipped, comfortable and sparkling clean. The location is simply perfect. Right in the hart of London. The bar at the rooftop is perfect for a drink! Overall, I think the room price wasn't justified, even for a 5 starts hotel. I also think that 'breakfast included' is misleading and it should have said you get £30 pp to spend at their restaurant for breakfast. But that's probably a comment for Booking. Adding a service charge on top of the final bill felt a bit weird given we already paid for service at breakfast (it was added automatically) and left a tip in the room for the cleaning lady. They did remove it after I asked, but still .. didn't expect it.

We enjoyed a two night stay at this central location. In SoHo. Everything from the amenities, rooms, staff and restaurants were excellent. The rooms were done with great attention to detail and the size of the room it really felt like they made great use of the space. The bathroom beautiful, shower so nice and warm towels. The bed super comfortable and bedding I loved. Where is the comforter, duvet and pillows from?? True luxury. Food delicious in cafe and wish we could have eaten at Dear Jackie but we’re limited on time. Next time!! Staff exceptional. We will stay here on our next return to London!

Worth every penny. A lovely hotel with excellent staff. Breakfast was very good. The bedroom (at the front in bustling Soho day and night) was unbelievably quiet. Gorgeous decor and real attention to every detail. Am looking forward for an excuse to save up and return.

I was looking for something different... a luxurious hotel that had wit. And I found it at the Broadwick Soho. It literally checked every box for a guest wanting to feel pampered yet not over worked in a beautifully cool atmosphere in the heart of Soho. The interior design is unlike anything I've seen - mixing posh and fantasy in a perfectly balanced manner. The room itself was quite comfortable and made me smile. Freshly baked madeleines and a jar of exotic-flavored gummy bears on the night table were just the perfect welcome. The restaurant in the hotel (Dear Jackie) offers delicious, modern food in an equally chic and playful atmosphere. One additional note on the staff: they are excellent. The doormen and concierge were helpful and extremely welcoming. Ricky in particular was great. He checked me in with care and made sure I had everything I needed the entire stay. I accidentally left my watch in the hotel and when I called later in the day to see if they found it - Ricky told he that they would have it when i returned to London later in the week. Overall a great experience at this hotel and I look forward to my next visit.
