A beautifully presented hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The attention to detail was amazing. Our only issue was that it took two requests for the television to be looked at.

The room is really small
The hotel is in a great location, you can walk everywhere, very convenient
But they deducted 3 fees for no apparent reason, I don't know what they were, and they deducted 3 fees, this is unacceptable

Amazing hotel in the middle of SoHo. The beauty of the hotel and all of the staff were incredible. The attention to every detail and all of the little touches were above and beyond any 5 star hotel I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was magnificent and we were even able to get takeaway for an early morning trip. Thank you and I look forward to returning.

Wonderful hotel, great rooftop bar, fantastic people at reception. Best location if you like Soho - which you should. Lively neighbourhood with bars, restaurants and great shops, walking distance to everything - including buses and subway nearby. We'll definitely come back very soon.

I’m a little stunned to discover that there are likely over 600 London hotels ranked higher than the Broadwick — it’s one of the best hotels I’ve been to in years. The absolutely stunning decor, the attention to detail, the comfort of every furnishing and the magnificent food & beverage combine seamlessly to provide a truly exceptional hotel stay. The convenient Soho location is the proverbial cherry on top — the Broadwick is absolutely perfect. If you’re traveling to London and looking for a hotel room in this price range you can’t do better!

We were looking for something different and found it. Nestled in the middle of cool Soho the hotel invited you into its warm, fun, styled environment. The light is always dim in the hotel adding to this sense that you are in another world. The staff were so lovely including our Concierge. We enjoyed drinks, a lunch and breakfast. Most importantly when I realized I left items, the response was impeccable. And thank you for the most fun decorations for the Festive Season. Loved loved the outside lights. A little sanctuary indeed!

Excellent location in Soho. Hotel with a personality. I loved the decor. Beautiful smell throughout (jasmin) they even gave a sample in the room. Comfy bed and lovely bedding. Fresh madeleines in the room (glad I didn't resist the temptation, they were delicious). Cocktail bar on too floor is a must visit. Excellent breakfast too.
