A beautifully presented hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The attention to detail was amazing. Our only issue was that it took two requests for the television to be looked at.

The room is really small
The hotel is in a great location, you can walk everywhere, very convenient
But they deducted 3 fees for no apparent reason, I don't know what they were, and they deducted 3 fees, this is unacceptable

Kevin the concierge was spectacular. I spent my birthday here in 2025 and it was beyond incredible. The staff made my friends and I feel like family. Accomodations were stunning and I left feeling refreshed and renewed.
