An excellent location especially for travellers who wish to be near the City of london and financial district. It is close to three tube stations: mansion house, St Paul’s and Bank so you are connected with most of the subway lines. Also walking distance to Blackfriars station which is a rail connect to Gatwick airport direct. So ease for commute esp when london traffic is bad and more often than not, travelling by tube is quicker than taking taxi or uber! Hotel has a nice gym and even a pool. Breakfast at the hotel is a delight and service is excellent. Rooms amenities are modern and new. All in all a great place to stay in london.

Extremely disappointing stay. Really dark rooms and lack of sunlight. lamp in room without bulb. Cheap feeling furniture - looks good in photos. Breakfast & service was poor. Front desk fail to pick up the phone on many occasions and overnight service was non existent. Not what you’d expect from a 5*.

The hotel is out of our expectations, in terms of the space and services provided. The location is not in a crowded area but pretty near to most of the touristy attractions. It’s walking distance to the borough market which is a plus point. Would definitely stay here again if I have chance to visit London next time.

The hotel room is spacious, clean and tidy. The service was very good, especially Shanie who was kind and friendly and helped us a lot. Next time we come to London, we will choose Westin.

The location is really good, right on the Thames, a 5-minute walk from St. Paul's Cathedral and the Millennium Bridge. In addition, sightseeing buses usually stop at St. Paul's Cathedral. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Tower Bridge. The room is very clean and relatively new. I stayed for more than a week and the housekeeping staff were very polite and enthusiastic every day. The variety of breakfast is too few compared to those in China. By the third day, the children had started to resist it. The best thing is the Omelette. You can change the ingredients yourself every day, but the appearance is not uniform. Sometimes it looks quite professional, and sometimes it looks like I made it myself 😅. Food that needs secondary processing here needs to be ordered separately. You will be given the table number and it will be brought to you. You cannot take it yourself, even the simplest toast. There were a few times when I waited too long for coffee and bread, which was really speechless.

It's great. It's the right choice to come to London this time. I will stay here again next time when I bring my parents. From the check-in, all the hotel staff are very kind and friendly. They directly sent the luggage to the room and finally sent it directly to the taxi to the airport. The welcome juice at the hotel front desk is particularly delicious. The breakfast is Western style and it's ok. The room is particularly warm and comfortable. We stayed for three nights and it was very clean and tidy every day. There was also a small episode that we met a racist masked teenager outside the glass door of the hotel. He made a cutting neck gesture to us. I also know that the police can't do anything about them. The hotel staff also comforted us when they found out. The overall attitude made people feel very comfortable and welcomed. I will come again next time!
