I booked a room and was arranged to stay in the basement on the first day and in the attic on the second and third days. My neck was bitten by mosquitoes and swollen to the size of an egg. I thought I was seriously ill and went to the emergency room. Then I was moved to a normal room on the third floor.

This hotel is in the perfect location to see all of London within a short walk or bus/underground ride. So many shops, bars, restaurants, and theaters nearby! The staff went above and beyond any time I had a question or needed anything!! Highly recommend!!
