Absolutely fantastic experience. Treated like royalty from start to finish. Dinner and breakfast were delightful and service as you'd expect is top class. Fantastic location to get to plays and main tourist attractions.

Beautiful, comfortable and classic furnishings Great service. Very welcoming. Great central location to everything in London. We stayed at several comparable high end places on our trip and all had coffee machines in the room. The Ritz does not. A small but Important omission I believe.

Hotel and staff far exceeded are expectations. Finest hotel ever been in London. Beautiful, friendly, breakfast was spectacular . Will be back
