Hotel service was pretty good. Is the location Arab rather than the UK? It felt like there was more of a stimulating feeling. Facilities and cleanliness are clean and convenient. It wasn't bad, but I have no intention of visiting again.

The location is excellent, transportation and shopping are very convenient. It is a 5-minute walk to the park, 6 minutes to the subway station, and 6 minutes to the supermarket. There is a bookstore next to the hotel. What a great experience!

Because it is a residence apartment, services are limited on weekends and holidays. Other than that, it is great for families to stay, such as large rooms and kitchens- The location is also good!!

We booked 2 nights in a 2 Bedroom Super Deluxe apartment for 5 adults. The apartment was enormous, spotless and furnished beautifully. We had seven people for dinner one evening and could seat everyone easily. Staff were very helpful, especially as I had a senior moment when checking in! Location is great, very handy for the shops, and we recommend Hart & Lova bakery just around the corner. Transport is excellent, being a few minutes away from both underground and overground services. We had a great time and will certainly be back!

Really enjoyable stay as family of 3. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Very easy to travel around using the apartments as a base. All of staff were so helpful and friendly. Can highly recommend. And we will definitely return!

Sanctum Maida Vale is a limited service apartment hotel in Kilburn Park. It doesn't have restaurant, yet there are over a dozen within 2-3 blocks. Many are excellent, and many deliver. They don't put a mint on your pillow at night , yet there are many fluffy pillows and extra towels. Way more than my wife knew what to do with. There are many mass transit options within 3 blocks. (Underground, Overground and Busses) Access to most of London is quick and easy. You have a Starbucks, Tesco (Small Grocery/open late), Library within 1/2 a block. You have M&S Food, Boots/Pharmacy within about 2 blocks. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean in an excellent neighborhood. I have stayed here multiple times and my family always looks forward to returning here.

Friendly helpful staff. The place was clean, comfortable, quite, and with everything we needed. We stayed in kilburn, it was well situated and the tube is very close. You have a supermarket conveniently located just on the street, and plenty of places for food.

Our stay at Sanctum London Maida Vale in May 2023 was filled with disappointment and frustration. From the very first day, it seemed that something was constantly going wrong, and the customer service we received was absolutely terrible. Upon arrival, we discovered that one of the two showers in the apartment didn't work properly. Only hot water was available, while the cold water faucet was malfunctioning. The maintenance person who came to address the issue advised us to shower in the hot water, claiming it wasn't boiling. One of the major issues we encountered was with the so-called "fully equipped kitchen." However, none of the kitchen appliances were functional. The stove top failed to heat up, rendering it useless for cooking, and the toaster didn't work at all. It was incredibly frustrating to have a kitchen that was advertised as fully equipped but lacked even the most basic functionality. Even worse, the dishwasher was connected to the sewer through a flexible pipe that was carelessly dropped into the sink sewage system. As a result, the dishwasher leaked and drained wastewater onto the kitchen floor. This not only created an unhygienic environment but also posed a safety hazard. The inclusion of (3) pool and gym vouchers seemed promising, but even this aspect was marred by the hotel's disorganization. When we inquired about the vouchers, we were informed that the manager had already left for the day (at 6 pm), and it took significant effort and argumentation to obtain them. However, upon reaching the pool, we were shocked to learn that children were not allowed after 6 pm, although we were specifically told by the reception that the pool is open until 9pm. This lack of communication and mismanagement of the facilities ruined our evening plans and further highlighted the hotel's incompetence. To top it all off, we requested a one-hour late checkout, asking for a checkout time of 12 pm instead of the standard 11 am. Despite the hotel being virtually empty, our request was inexplicably denied. This inflexibility and unwillingness to accommodate a simple request demonstrated a disregard for guest satisfaction. Response from Property: Dear Svetlana, this review has been left for no other reason than bitterness due to ******* making a mistake with your booking which caused you to be charged twice. Unfortunately, ******* have not taken responsibility for this error and refunded you, and as such you have posted a scathing review full of lies to get back at us when we are not the responsible party. None of the issues mentioned were raised during your stay except for the hot water issue, which was fixed immediately by our on-site maintenance team. If there were any further issues, which can happen without warning, we would hope that courteous guests would enlighten us so we can address the issue but we have since tested our hobs, toaster and the dishwasher and all of which work as they should. The house-keeping service was also conducted as usual, twice per week and on set days as per the information stated on *******. As displayed on our ******* page, we give guests limited access to an external health club, and we have no control over their policies regarding children. In any case, we do not state any opening times online regarding the health club, so no misinformation was provided prior to your check-in to mean that your evening was ruined. A manager was called speedily and resolved the situation regarding the vouchers. Regarding what you call 'a disregard for guest satisfaction' because a later check-out could not be offered, we would argue that the opposite is actually true as we are concerned with getting the apartment clean for the next guest by the guaranteed 3pm check-in time. We are sure you would not have been impressed if you were told you could access the apartment at a certain time and were then unable to, and we are not sure why you think you know how busy we were on a BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND better than us, but wherever you get your information is not credible as we were fully booked and had another guest due to check-in that afternoon. We would argue that it shows your selfish disregard for others that you hold this point against us when any extension of your check-out time is subject to availability. Finally, we'd like to call your own behaviour into question as your party displayed disgusting rudeness upon check-out with a taxi driver who was just trying to assist you with your luggage. This is not the way we conduct ourselves in the UK, and would expect more respect from guests visiting the country. It is not a surprise that you have shown vindictiveness in leaving this review given the manners shown during your stay. Sanctum are more than happy to own up to any rare failure to deliver our normally impeccable service (our review score displays that this is not a common occurrence), and as such we hope that future guests can disregard this review as purely a revenge move due to a dispute between *******. It is a shame that Sanctum has to suffer because of this.

We travel to London as a family of 3 regularly. Sanctum is definitely the best place we have stayed in London over the years. My 4 year old hates hotels as they are single rooms and she gets bored. So this time we stayed in Sanctum Maida Vale for a week and loved it. The staff is great, they are friendly and very helpful. They make you feel at home. The housekeeping is also very helpful, understanding and do their jobs great. Our living area was full of my toddler's stuff and they tidied up after her well. The property is very well equipped. We stayed in the Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment. We had a big bedroom, a living and dining area, a nice kitchen with all kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave and a large fridge. Being Muslim, it is hard to find different varieties of halal food all the time so kitchen was important for us. But the catch is the balcony. The weather was so warm during our stay and we enjoyed the balcony very much. Overall, the apartment and beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. Everything was in working order. Location wise, it is very close to Central London. There is tube and bus stops in walking distance. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants available on Kilburn High Road. Little Venice and Edgware Road are walking distance. We will definitely be back to Sanctum in future visits. Thank you for everything.

I moved to London from Singapore and was told to not have very high expectations on service but was amazed when I landed at this hotel around 10 pm. The Hotel staff was very courteous and took care of everything from my excessive luggage to my check in. The staff is always very friendly (I have never seen more friendlier people). The rooms are amazing (all fully done up) and the service is immaculate. I would recommend people to try this out.

Stayed in two bedroom apartment for two weeks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was great; many shops, resturents and cafe's are around.Free wifi and never went out or degraded. However, giving them four star because of some facilities are getting old. For example kettle was working ok but when filled with water many tiny black pieces coming off from the rubber that hold the plastic measure of water level ( to be fair we know about it late in our stay and I think they would replace it for us if we complained about but we didn't as we were carrying our own) . The iron was missing the water tank cover so only dry ironing was available. I was touring London so I don't want to waste time demanding and I may end up with a bad argument so I only used what was available to use and when nessacery I would walk to one of the dry cleaners shops that were a cross the road. I would suggest qualty check for all utilities provided and have a standard for them to be provided to customers. Other than the utilities every thing was ok.

I am still staying with my family in these apartment.Fully carpeted and they pour in perfume to combat the carpet smell.I got allergy due to that. When asked for a extra bedsheet ..they refused .General manager was super rude….very surprised by the behaviour. I will not suggest this to anyone

We however offered you an alternative at our Belsize Road Sanctum as those apartments have marble floors but you declined to move. On check - in we provide all our guests complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea/sugar/milk/shampoo/conditioner & shower gel. On day 2 of your stay you called down to ask for more and we kindly informed you that these are only complimentary on arrival. You came down to reception and demanded to speak to the manager and complained that you are entitled to receiving these for free as you work for a large corporation. On day 3 you called down and asked for a spare duvet (not a sheet), reception informed you that a spare duvet, blanket, sheet, duvet cover is in the wardrobe in the second bedroom, again you were not happy and came down to speak to the manager demanding to have more linen. In response the manager said the spare items are in the wardrobe and we are unable to provide any more. Perhaps you are mistaking us for being 'super rude' by not acknowledging you as being part of a large corporation and giving in to your demands.
