The hotel is in an excellent location (close to the shopping area and major parks in the Knightbridge area), the surrounding environment and the hardware in the room are very good, very quiet, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and it is very cost-effective compared to nearby hotels that cost more than 1,000 pounds per night. The room environment and hygiene are excellent. The front desk service was also very enthusiastic before check-in, and I was upgraded to a suite room.
