Everyone is nice and friendly and helpful. The rice pudding is a must try!
Remember : no elevators. Please be really careful when walking up and down with the suitcase in your hands. Also, no air conditioning, it's very unbearably hot during 11:00 to 19:00.
The fan was too filthily dusty, I can't help cleaning it myself. Please do a upgrade on the environment of the hotel!

Room was very small but functional. Needs a bit of TLC on the paintwork along the skirting boards. Bed was comfortable but the mattress needs to be turned more frequently as the mattress was sagging to one side due to many people sitting on the edge of the bed. When I was going to sleep I had to move further onto the bed so as not to fall out. Tv channels were a very much click and see what comes up. Does not conform to freeview channel numbers. Shower was OK. Would have liked a power shower but got a gentle drizzle. Would definitely stay again though.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Location is very good. Near to the paddington station and greatly accessible to the airport and and all local attractions.

It was a mini-vacation for three friends. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The stay was a 10/10, as was the cleanliness, the service at the hotel, and the good buffet breakfast. We had plenty to choose from. We will definitely stay at this hotel again, and I recommend it to anyone. A beautiful, close-to-everything location for visiting London. It's located in Zone 2 and opposite the tube and train stations. Many thanks to the hotel and its staff for their kindness.
