We loved our stay here. The room is fairly small but it is average size for this area. The position was amazing, so close to Paddington station, restaurants, Hyde Park etc. It does not have an elevator so be prepared to climb stairs. The continental breakfast is quite basic, but enough for us. They also have a billard table and other activities for guests to do. The beds were not big but very comfortable. The heating was just right. Overall we loved our stay here.

Vintage decoration, good photo spot.

The lady at receptionist look like japanese very unfriendly... Make me n my family feel very not comfort to stay there... Will never book this hotel again... Sorry..

Fantastically convenient for Paddington station, and all the amenities and transport connections to be found there. It's built in what seems to be several Victorian townhouses, so don't be surprised if there are a few stairs. But I will definitely be coming back.

Just a few mins walk to Paddington Station. Tiny room, one of the smallest I've ever seen. Breakfast was basic but the croissants were nice.

Very standard, small and average room but provided what it advertised. Main positive is closeness to Paddington Station.
Was placed in room on top floor and if I had had luggage it would have been a very unpleasant experience having to carrying it up 4 very narrow stairs cases ie there is no lift!!! If you book ask for a lower floor!
Clean and tidy. Would I stay again? highly unlikely unless needed the closeness to the Heathrow Express.
