We arrived after a very long flight a couple hours early from check in very jet lagged hoping to drop our bags off at least. On arrive the building was locked and no one could be seen. Only by chance a local saw us struggling and told us to walk to the back door next to the overflowing bins of rubbish where we found a number stuck to the wall for after hours contact. We were greeted by a lady who let us in and sorted payment for the stay and told us how to get to our room up 4 flights of stairs which we were not aware of. We were traveling for 7 weeks so had 2 suitcases each between the 4 of us. Once at the top next to our room we found the “express breakfast” bench with fruit and snacks the fruit was visibly rotten with fruit flies hovering over them. The place smelt of mould, dirt and stained alcohol from the pub. The room was dirty and in bad maintenance. Our shower flooded and I had to pull apart the drain to get it to work. The room was very hot with very little ventilation. The provided small fan was no where near enough for summer. However The bed was comfy. We had a drink at the pub which the staff either seemed uninterested in doing the work or just didn’t care. Empty glasses where on tables and the bar yet the unbusy staff just ignored them for our entire duration. The benefit of the stay was the great location it was close to lords cricket ground little Venice and a tube station which was probably the only good thing about our stay.

This hotel cancelled a reservation for August made 8 months in January earlier citing "over booking", with one week to go and no apologies - you would have thought theyd have known back in Jan. No other explanation, but suspect they got a better offer. Do not trust them and find an alternative if possible.

Stayed at The Warrington with a friend as we were spending the day at Lords nearby and had an amazing stay. We arrived really early to drop our bags and received an extremely warm welcome. Returning later in the evening Sharon the Bar Manager was with some locals, she invited us to join them once we were settled in which we did and had an amazing evening, she was an excellent host and made sure we were introduced to the many people that stopped by the table to say hello. She could not have been more welcoming. The room was great with some lovely homely touches, well stocked supply of tea and coffee and Scottish Fine Soaps Toiletries in the bathroom, including lovely small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. There was a selection of breakfast items on the landing (breakfast bars, fruit and porridge) that you could take on the go. The bed was comfy and the room clean. It has been added to the "must return" list for another time.

I had the best time I think I’ve ever had!!! I don’t normally write reviews but the manager and staff were so friendly and welcoming I can’t wait to go back! Sharon should be mayor of London! Does so much for the local community and I haven’t seen a place in Maida Vale that buzzing!!! Thanks again for everything if I could give 6 stars I would

The manager of this establishment is an absolute disgrace and should not be allowed to work in any form of capacity with the general public. Her conduct is deplorable and her attitude is to be desired! We would rather die of thirst than drink from that pub ever again!

We live around the corner from the Warrington and haven’t been in years… now I know why. The pub was pretty empty, there were two older women (one seemed to work there) and two older men at the bar, who couldn’t have made us feel more unwelcome. The bartender barely acknowledged us and was so preoccupied with them that he seemed forced to serve us. It was pretty dinghy, didn’t smell very nice and the menu looked pretty unappetising. We had one drink and left. What a shame.

The Hotel was clean and we were staying prior to a meeting the next day. We had an excellent meal in the evening and were able to sit and watch the football and enjoy drinks in a lovely atmosphere. Vicky in particular looked after us exceptionally well

I stayed here in November 23 and couldn’t get any sleep man :( it was like a knock in shop, the landlady Sharon was having loud lock ins, taking the punters behind the bar & having it off with them plus taking coke, do not go here if you want a peaceful nights sleep :(

I had a bad experience at this pub. I usually go there because it's often not busy, but during my last visit, the person who claimed to be the manager was very rude. I arrived a bit early and decided to charge my phone while waiting for my friend. A woman nearby said I needed to buy a drink to cover the electricity cost. I said I would buy two drinks since I was waiting for someone. Surprisingly, she insisted that I needed permission to charge my phone, saying it's good manners. I was confused and asked why it was such a big deal. That's when she revealed she was the manager and accused me of being passive-aggressive 🤦‍♂️. I told her she was the one being passive-aggressive, and she asked me to leave. I was happy to leave because I didn't want to give my money to someone so arrogant. As I was leaving, my friend was coming in, and the woman kept saying we had to leave. I told her that now I understand why the pub is always empty. Besides the rude manager, the pub is not well-maintained, and there are broken sockets, which can be dangerous for customers. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I would advise avoiding this pub if you want to have a good time with friends because customer service is not their strength.
