Compact but clean and well equipped room close to Kings Cross and Euston. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for five nights when I was just pottering around town on a visit. Reception is very efficient and seemed friendly.
Room is a tiny studio but has everything you need, clean and compact! Even teas and coffees like a regular hotel (and can ask for more if needed). The location is excellent - walking distance to many of London’s top spots and between Euston and Kings Cross - also a short walk away.
It is in a lovely, quiet and secure area, too.

A studio apartment in a beautiful crescent, in the centre of London. Very walkable to everywhere and great neighbourhood. Trains and tubes also extremely nearby.

The view outside the window is beautiful and peaceful. There is a 24-hour front desk, and you can ask for more towels and toiletries if you run out. The shower room in the bathroom is too small, making it difficult to turn around. The room lighting is too dim. The soundproofing is poor, and footsteps from upstairs can be heard clearly.

Close to kings cross station,very convenient.
The room is tidy and clean, enough space for one or two people. I like there's an open kitchen and with oven, refrigerator , tableware.
Outside the window there is tennis court.

Great location, but think the design of the room is not users friendly. In addition, third floor is too hot! Not able to sleep at night

Having stayed previously I knew what to expect, but the larger room was well spaced out with a surprise little patio which suited me well! Very clean with all you could need

Location is excellent , but for those carry heavy luggage, if you stay on higher floor is very challenging, especially the senior ppl . Room is well equipped with cooking stuff but is a bit small.
