We stayed a week at the Resident Kensington. It was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff that were so helpful whenever we needed them. Our room had an amazing bed and shower. The hotel is located very close to earls court station. There are plenty of good restaurants and pubs within walking distance from the hotel as well. It was perfect us to go sightseeing around London then come back to a more quiet neighborhood. There was a free glass of wine offered every afternoon but we were usually away during that time. We would definitely stay here again

It was my second stay. The hotel was like a home and very comfortable same as before. The hotel area is safe and it was convenient to go everywhere. We would like to stay again.

We stayed in superior, the size of the room didn’t bother us at all. Room was clean,cozy and bright, the bathroom was fine.

Had a great one night stay as a solo, female traveller. Lovely staff and clean/cosy room. Great shower with Molton Brown products and tea/coffee area. Close to transit. Would recommend.

Great staff. Management needs to add some comfort to the rooms. No bath mat (have to request), no extra blankets. Have those things already there for the guest. Little things go a long way.
